Honestly I like this pizza than spark pizza. The clam pizza needs more toppings to balance out the bread. But the crispy crust is the star here. The squash with anchovies is an amazing starter.
Hit up Serious Pie for lunch. Went with the Chantelle Mushroom, Crimini and Truffle cheese with pepperoni pie. Felt a little under the weather too so had to get a "Nonna's Medicine" cocktail, hahaha. Finished the visit with a Irish Mule. The food is top notch, service is quick and inviting and workers knowledgeable on local attractions for you to visit during your time in Seattle.
The thin-crust pizza from this restaurant is truly the best I've ever tasted. During my four-day stay in Seattle, I found myself returning to this delightful spot twice, tasting every bite of their perfectly baked, crisp crust topped with an array of fresh and flavorful ingredients. Each visit was a memorable experience, leaving me eager for more.
