Hands down, the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The lasagna was absolutely amazing. The spaghetti even better, and everything tasted fresh, homemade, and full of flavor.
We really enjoyed the whole meal and left completely impressed. If you’re looking for great Italian food in Seattle, Neb is definitely worth checking out. We will absolutely be back for sure! Staff was great too but man the food holy smokes.

Biased, 100%, regardless, the texture of the pasta is worth the price. The chew is good, will be back.
Great experience, staff was amazing and the manager help accommodate a last minute change to the reservation to accommodate a birthday. Good food and good staff! Highly recommended

Neb Italian Restaurant is a great Italian food spot downtown, with a location very convenient close to theater and Pike Place. The food is amazing, with the spinach cannelloni described as an absolute dream. The halibut was the best ever had, served in an herby broth, and companions loved their lasagne. The focaccia bread was so delicious, and pasta dishes are filling and flavorful, perfectly seasoned and rich without being heavy. The Chicken Parm is pretty damn satisfying too. Drinks are a highlight, especially as a negroni joint with a handful of gin-less variants and a delicious flight. The staff had amazing wine recommendations and selection. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with a great vibe. Appetizers are tasty and reasonably priced, though could use a little more seasoning. Dessert is somewhat limited. Overall, great value for flavor and prices are very fair for Seattle restaurants.
