Pics way better than the actual food - waiters were great, no complaints there. And the food wasn’t bad, it just felt like everything was off. Water was super mineraly but not in a pleasant way. Focaccia bread was way too salty. All the pasta dishes we had were overcooked and lacking flavor. Chicken parm the chicken part was decent, pasta not so much. I got the uni spaghetti, to be fair I dont like uni so idk what I was thinking lol, can’t knock them for that,...
We had focaccia with apricot butter, light and delicious, a salad, and uni pasta and ricotta cavatelli (new addition). I personally was surprised by the ricotta cavatelli, very fresh, summery. I would have liked a more protein in dishes but that’s not what Italian food is known for. Also the wait time was a bit too long for the main course.
We really enjoyed the whole meal and left completely impressed. If you’re looking for great Italian food in Seattle, Neb is definitely worth checking out. We will absolutely be back for sure! Staff was great too but man the food holy smokes.
