Le Pichet is a charming French bistro near Pike Street Market with an intimate feel. The inside is wonderfully decorated with real tile floors and pictures of France. The service is very friendly and excellent. The vibe is relaxed and inviting, a calm, bistro-style dining experience. The duck confit is cooked to perfection and falls off the bone, served with cheesey grits. The steak frites and bavette grillée et frites are some of the best, glazed with cognac and black garlic. The trout and an exceptional pork chop are also wonderfully tasty. The chocolat chaud, a warm chocolate mousse, is decadent. The charcuterie, including chicken liver and duck liver, is delicious. A must-visit spot for incredible French cuisine.
