Customer service needs vast improvement. Waited 10 minutes after being told order was almost ready to find out it was sitting by the window. Pickup window employee tossed bag out window when asked if order was ready. Food was cold when looking in bag.

It's every bit big city food- order by tablet, stand around, pickup when called. There are dine-in tables (service is the same).Food? From my sample, on a scale of 1 star inedible to 5 ambrosia, it's tasty enough with relatively small portions.

Great burgers, crinkle fries, and the best damn black and white malted you've ever had.EDIT: About a year later, this place has really fallen off. Inside the restaurant is depressing and dirty, there are regularly mountains of full trash bags on the sidewalk beside the restaurant, and my favorite crinkle cut fries had a real off taste to them. Maybe the fryer oil needs changed? No clue, but I won't be coming back.

Got take out here. Food is good as always. They got one of the orders wrong but we didn't realize until we got home. We called and the person looked up our order and refunded the wrong item. My man had a great attitude throughout and we weren't even bothered by the wrong order after the call.

This business doesn’t care- Food is sub par compared to other shake shacks- Tables and floor are dirty, I had to wipe it myself- Employees don’t really look like they care, half of them don’t even know whats going on. They’re just there to pass their time

Im from Oregon and was really excited to try this place sense I hear about it all the time. Very underwhelming. The only good thing I got out of my visit was a yummy strawberry milkshake. My hot dog was burnt and weirdly chewy, my boyfriends chocolate milkshake didnt even taste like a milkshake. They dont have any sugar for tea or anything. Loud and expensive not worth anything other than the milkshake lol

Worst shake shack I’ve been to. Terrible service, there are like 20 staff in the kitchen, but they are so slow. I waited for my order for 40 minutes and I can see them constantly mess up orders(missing items, wrong items).

What kind of hellish business is this.Ordered food on a tablet. Burgers and fries are very expensive and mids quality. After ordering, it automatically inputs a tip. So I pay the 10% tip ($7).Then I sit down to eat on a dirty table because none of them are cleaned. Then I wait on food. They call my name and I come pick up the food.I asked for spoons and forks for the family to share the fries.Guy gives me one fork. I ask for more and he’s giving me attitude about asking for forks. Then we sit down to eat. My child’s grilled cheese sandwich is burnt on one side. How do you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich? Then when we finish eating, we try to go washroom to wash our hands but it’s locked via a code.So I have to go find a staff member to ask for the washroom code. I try to ask a staff member and a patron in line yells at me for ‘budging’ or something.Man, we spent about $80 here and I get in a heated situation because I need the code for the washroom.Explain to me, what is the reason for the automatic tip? I got up to get my food, I wiped the table down myself, I needed to ask for utensils, I need to line up to get a code for the washroom. Really, what was the reason for tipping?I don’t understand how the restaurant is filled with customers. Someone needs to explain it because I don’t get it at all. The burgers are pretty good though so I’ll give it that.Edit: Thanks for the reply. But you are completely out of touch with the business. Who is replying to me anyways? The POS system to put in the order does not print out receipts. And it requires me to put in my email to get the receipt. I’m not putting in my email to receive my receipts + spam emails. So in order for me to receive my food order, I had to have faith that the restaurant would actually give me my food. And I had to hope that nobody had the same name as me because they call my name for the order.
