The food was solid. I wanted a burger, I got a burger. It also came out really quickly. Their chocolate shake I ordered was one of the best ones I've had in any restaurant. Everyone was nice and I had a nice, peaceful lunch.
I've loved shake shack for many years. I've routed connecting flights to hit the location in ny airport. This Seattle location always disappoints on every level. The service is glacial, the burgers often overcooked and dry and haphazardly assembled in a mess.
I'll keep eating at shake shacks in other states but I'd avoid this one.

Mila was amazing telling us blind folks about the menu and helping us order, even helped us when had issues with the card reader.
Food was good.
Sister did not like the mango lemonade she got. But friend enjoyed her tea.
