Okay so I had eaten half my burger before I thought to take a picture so it’s not the best picture, I didn’t plan to post a review but the burger quickly had me changing my mind. The ordering kiosks were so easy to use, and since it was my first time there, having multiple kiosks was super nice because I didn’t feel pressured to hurry. My burger was amazing, cooked exactly as a burger should be! The shack sauce was so good. I walked this back to my hotel and the fries stayed...
The food was much different from what I had in Korea and Thailand. It was very greasy. The bread became soggy and soft because of the greasy meat. I ordered a double beef burger, but when it arrived, it only had a single-layer burger. The service staff was not very active. I wanted to eat more times, but I regretted it after eating it once.

The first time I went there was around 8pm on a weekday, and I ordered online. The system estimated the waiting time to be about 15-20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an hour in the cold wind...
The second time was around 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a weekday. I chose to take it in. The meal arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. It was as delicious as ever😋
