The best thing about our meal was the outdoor dining area. The food was your average fast food, for how expensive it is, why wouldn't I go to a sit-down restaurant?

Food is fairly priced for it's portioning and size for the burger. The food is a little on the greasy side for my taste but overall a good place to eat at.

So many varieties of ice creams
The young waiter did a good job keeping the place clean, I saw him wiping the tables right after people leave and take out the trash before it got too full.

Rats running around outside on multiple occasions. Shake tasted like artificial flavoring. Bacon was all fat no meat, grease pit burger. Out of ketchup

grilled cheese - it was heavy on the grill, plus a dose of food poisoning.

I had a good meal but navigating the ordering using the kiosk isn't the simplist

We had the French onion soup which was incredible. One of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time. Garlic fries were delicious. We also had the banana pudding shake which is phenomenal. Food came out quick. Service was exceptional. Staff came by checking on everyone and offering to refill their drinks. We will definitely be back. Thank you !

Best burger by far, in my honest opinion. I love the crispy edges and the soft buns💕

First time ever at a Shake Shack, it was alright, definitely not worth its hype AT ALL, its expensive and it doesn't help that everything is al la carte. Id go again if prices dropped again but till then ill stick to inn n out.
Actually the burger i got tasted A LOT like the carls Jr bacon western cheese burger.
It was also REALLY loud in there.

Good food
Don't like the way you order. Takes a long time. The line can get backed up.
Like that they bring you your food
