I’ve always appreciated how Shake Shack manages to bring a kind of Southern California energy into every location they open. Even here in the Northwest—where the weather is pretty rough for a good eight months of the year—they still somehow maintain that bright, relaxed, almost coastal vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer and come back again.

I had a really great experience at this location. I just wanted to take a second to rave about Sequoia’s customer service. She was kind and went above and beyond to help me with my rewards account issue. Not only that, she was super friendly and clearly takes pride in her work. The food was great and the amazing customer service made it that much better. I will def be back and will be recommending this location to my friends. Thank you Sequoia and shake shack team. ☺️

This location is always busy. The long lines and college students and parents often fill the space. Conversations about husky football, Pokémon, Econ and physics fill the room.
I love the burgers and the size. They are not too huge and bigger than Dicks burgers. I like the ratio of meat to bun and the vegetarian mushroom option is out of this world. The fries are not too greasy and the wait time is reasonable given the long lines. I also love the hot dog. It’s...
