First time here and got the halibut. It was salty and not sure if it was just an off day. Trying it with the chips made it too salty and had to use tapatio to help with it. I will try to come back and hopefully it will be better. Also felt the price was a little expensive, definitely not worth $26.
Easily the best ceviche in Seattle! I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place. I believe it was the owner/chef working when we went, and he was so kind and welcoming. He made great recommendations and we tried the halibut ceviche and homemade juice. It was quick service, very reasonably priced, and generous portions. The ceviche was SO fresh and flavorful! Period. The fish is insanely fresh, the recipes are next-level, and even the pressed juice is so good you'll think about it later. Everything here tastes like it was made with care.
