Growing up in Costa Rica I miss many of our traditional dishes! One of them is Ceviche! And I found the most delicious Ceviche in Seattle. They sell it by the pound or you can order a plate of it.
The best ceviche I've had since moving to Washington State! The owner is friendly, humble, and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. We ordered the shrimp and octopus ceviche, and both were absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What a wonderful experience. The chef was incredibly kind, welcoming, and passionate about the food. He generously offered samples of several ceviches before we made our decision, which made the experience feel very personal. Our favorite samples were the shrimp and salmon ceviches, but we ended up ordering large plates of the octopus and halibut ceviches to try something different, and they did not disappoint.
