Good flavors - we enjoyed both the halibut and salmon ceviche. Dog friendly patio.
I wish the fish pieces were bigger. The amount of fish is really small as if they are garnish. Very occasionally there were pieces of halibut that tasted fishy, I don’t know if it’s not fresh or just not good part of fish.

There isn’t a better lunch in Seattle than a tosticeviche from Shark Bite. My favorites are the octopus or shrimp but you really can’t go wrong. Do yourself a favor and ask for it “in the bag.” It will come out as a perfectly composed thing of beauty made by an extremely friendly and thoughtful person.
