Worst experience ever!! Everything tastes awful! Salads are too sweet... Fried garlic chicken is not crispy at all, chewy and too salty. The duck curry feels like chewing a rubber... Pineapple fried rice is the only thing okay to taste. WORST of WORST, they forced us to give 20% tips, (printed on the bill), and tried to lure us to give another 15%?! Somebody tell me how to report this restaurant! PLEASE!!!

Delicious entrees, though several of our party thought they needed more vegetables. Service was great: very attentive without being at all intrusive. And I really liked the atmosphere as well. I'd definitely go again.

The Sisi Kay staff is the rudest I've ever experienced. I don't know how they stay in business.

Appalling service. I ordered 3 stars and couldn't taste the spice at all, and when I asked my waiter if the spice could be adjusted, he called me a Karen. You can politely tell someone no without resorting to name calling...

Yikes. Only reason I'm equating one star is because it's mandatory in order to write a review... We didn't even make it to a table because of the out-of-line host who felt it was their job to educate my friend and I on seating morality. Picture this:Super busy Saturday evening. My friend and I put our name into the que... Host says 45 min, we'll txt you when you're table is ready. We walk downstairs and notice their bar is sparsly occupied. We ask bartender "is it ok if we sit here for a drink while we wait". Bartender says, sure no problem. My friend goes upstairs to let host know we are waiting at downstairs at bar... Host immediately BERATES my friend at the top of their lungs "how dare you cut the line, how dare you, how would you feel." We had no idea it wasn't ok to wait in the bar for a drink ... We had zero intention of cutting in line. They literally followed my friend downstairs, yelling 'how dare you Karen's think this is ok". The bartender seemed astonished...We apologized and said we didn't mean to offend and this person *literally* got in our faces and unloaded on us. They mentioned only having two servers on this night. Clearly they were overworked and understaffed but it is NEVER ok to raise your voice and berate someone like that. I hope this person finds peace and feels more supported by management. I will never be coming back to find out.

Haven’t been here in over 6years and I’m sad to say the quality has gone down. The guy at the register was nice. The calamari was ok. After the experience of soggy pad Thai noodles I was disappointed spending $30 on mediocre food. I personally wouldn’t come back.

Just thinking about their food now makes me salivate. This place is so underrated - the have great staff, a beautiful cozy interior and most importantly, amazing food.We got a bunch of dishes to share: the pad kee mao, roast duck curry, the crispy garlic chicken and a side of rice. Everything was super flavorful without being too salty or overpowering. I highly recommend the roast duck curry - the sauce is slightly sweet and spicy while also being super creamy without being too heavy. The duck itself was cooked perfectly so it was still tender and juicy. I also loved the addition of lychees in the stew. I would also recommend the crispy garlic chicken. It is a bit heavy but definitely worth it. The chicken is still crispy when it is served and the glaze on it is to die for.
