Good service, decent atmosphere, the Navigator cocktail and the venison skewer were excellent. The brocolini and the pork belly skewers were toxically salty and not edible. The side salad, fries, and pretzel were ok, no complaints, but not special.

We went to Skal on a Thursday night before catching a show - it wasn’t too busy and there was no wait to order food. It is counter service and they bring food to table.

We ordered a hot dog, cod pop corn and fries, and wings. The hot dog was a skinny foot long, it was very good, the fries were amazing! The wings were boring plain wings, wouldn’t get them again.

The restaurant itself is cool looking, very Viking inspired. Next time we’ll...

Pillar of the community. Only place nearby with MEAD on tap. True labor of love and it shows. Only downside is can be pricey for some items being small portions, but that I've read the owner has done to prop up other local businesses & bring local vendors into events deserves all the stars.
