I can confidently say this is not only the best burger in Seattle but the best burger I’ve ever had. Ordering seems a bit wonky but it was fast and the food was hot and there was a pile of fries. Burger was crisp and salty and covered in creamy melted cheese. The bun and pickles complemented the burger very nicely.
This thing was a mess to eat. And it was worth it.
I have my eye on the PB&J version next time. This one is the basic OK Smash. Great view this evening, as well.

This was seriously the best smash burger I’ve ever had. I drove across town to try this burger because someone told me they’re a must try and it did not disappoint. The owner is so fun, nice, hospitable and customer focused.He really makes the customer feel welcomed but most of all his food is delicious and flavorful. There is cool seating outside too. I’ll definitely be back for more…a lot!
