Drinks were unfortunately amazing. The attitude by the bartender honestly ruined the experience and can’t say I’ll ever be back. We had two Texas IDs in our group of 3. He accepts my Texas ID with no issue, but with my other friend he starts making digs about not allowing people who were born in 2005 in the bar… for one… it’s 2026 so 2005 is plausible… for two…. We’re from the 1900s and have the same state ID with the same city. He allows me to order the beverage. He then takes my friends texas ID into the back to look at it for about 5 minutes. He asks her AGAIN about being from 2005 (we’re in our mid 30s, people) and starts quizzing her on her address. He eventually allows her to order her glass of wine. After we sat down we noticed he was doing it to pretty much any woman that could possibly be under 75. Couldn’t have been a joke with the amount of sneering he did tho.
Good spot to meet up with friends.

Sol Liquor Lounge was a delightful stop during a recent drizzly Seattle evening. It is clearly a local favorite, with obvious regulars and a fun atmosphere. The different cocktails I tried from the Fall menu (in January) were frankly outstanding - some of the best I've had in Washington. Service at the bar was also top notch; friendly, helpful, and inviting. 5/5 - I highly recommend others visit.

I had ordered a drink at 1:50 and this guy took my drink away in 5 minutes because he wasn’t willing to agree he made drinks without gloves. He was such an unhygienic guy.

Fantastic dumplings & tasty cocktails. Very nice lighting , perfect vibe for a couple cocktails. Cocktail menu was crafted by the bartenders and it shows , they are so good!
Dumplings go late but be warned that it gets busy on the weekends!! Staff handles busy nights with grace, but recommend going on a week night for a quieter vibe.

Disappointing. The atmosphere was great, cocktails delicious, food non existent, staff was especially conservative towards queer patrons. For $18 a cocktail I was not expecting to be ignored and to have to bus my own table.

I think this is the 2nd google review I’ve ever left, but had to say something as the experience was surprisingly bad. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I get off nights or days when you don’t have enough staff, however when you’re rude for no reason to my friend after a 25-30 minute wait to order and double checking IDs cause it took so long between checking them the 1st time and taking orders, it then becomes worth the time I guess.
There were two bartenders, and only one actually tending bar despite a line of people. It wasn’t even that busy, but pretty inefficient (and yeah I get making cocktails with fresh ingredients can take a little time) cause that line took almost a half hour. We (a small group of queer and BIPOC folks in our 30s) were told to order at the bar via the line unless we sat at the bar which we did. Once the bartender came over, they asked to see our IDs again after the other person already checked them 20 minutes earlier, and then loudly complained to us about how much they hated our Oregon IDs - c’mon, really?
When it came to my friend’s order they asked about dessert and the bartender sarcastically responded “whiskey” even though it mentioned dessert on the back. They then asked about tea and again the bartender practically scoffed even though their only food menu is dim sum. Tea is typically served with dim sum, so the shock at the question was rude and also just uneducated. Very unwelcoming experience. Drinks were fine but pair that with the experience, wasn’t worth the $17.
Very cool spot in a quiet part of the City. Most visitors are just waiting for tables next door, but it stands on its own. They serve very tasty dumplings, and some very tasty drinks. Great bartender, who is super attentive, and a nice place overall. I'm sure it's going to become a regular hang out for me!

Only had two old fashioneds. No food so can't speak to that but other folks at the bar were having dumplings and it looked really good. Bartenders are super friendly and attentive. Great cute neighborhood bar.
Chill bar with fresh cocktails that make you want more! I got the kung fu theatre and it was great!
One of the best in Seattle. When you go here, you will feel the attention to detail and quality you want in a cocktail bar.
Limited for dinner options, but its more a bar than restaurant. They do have a list of dumplings you can chose from. The bar is small and usually crowded. Tables, bar seating, and outside seating is available. I mostly go during the winter when they have their special eggnog available thats spiced with liquor.
bad service and even worse music
