I tried the chicken tikka masala and I really enjoyed the rich, robust tomato-forward sauce. Most places serve a very smooth, creamy base, but this one had a more rustic texture and deeper tomato flavor that made it stand out. The only thing I’d change is the chicken size. The pieces were cut quite small, almost like pizza topping size, and I personally prefer larger bites of chicken. Overall though, really flavorful and satisfying. I’d definitely order it again.

Server was super nice and let us customize our pizza and split it 1/2. I got a butter paneer pizza which was so yummy & my partner got the chicken tandoori pizza which he liked a lot. Also gotta love any place that has samosa chaat on the menu.

The US Post Office was closed for lunch until 1 PM (due to understaffing, they said!). It was cold and wet outside and I was hungry, so while waiting I popped into Il Villaggio. After ordering a Veggie Pakora to go, I hung about for a bit, chatting with the very friendly order-taker. The new owner is a chef from Punjab, he said.
