Oddly enough this is my 2nd time and I had a worse experience from the first.

The good? The food is incredible. So good. Fresh to order. I got the Bò Kho beef stew. The only issue I had was a few fatty pieces.

The okay? The place. Nothing special or notable.

The bad? The service. They are very nice and helpful but everything took forever and came out piecemeal. It took 10 minutes and flagging someone down to get a drink order. The drinks took forever and came out all at different times, up to 15 min after ordering for a black coffee. The food also took forever to come out. Not at the same time. It took ten minutes for everyone at the table to be served.

With so many options in town, this place is not memorable at all, sadly.

A welcome addition to the South Seattle restaurant scene. Pho was delicious and generously proportioned; my partner was pleased with her fried rice. It took longer than expected to take our order, but then our meal arrived so fast I didn't even have time to enter the WiFi password. Nice bright setting was much improved when the rude parents who failed to quiet their screeching toddler finally left.

We went for the drinks influenced by TikTok, and to my surprise the mango slushy was super good, my daughter had the matcha banana, both were great.

There’s a snail in the veggie.

We walked in and they told us to sit at a table where we proceeded to sit for 20 minutes. The waitresses didn’t come over a single time. No menu, no water, nothing. We decided to order take out by walking up to the counter and waited 40 minutes for OK food. Absolutely not worth the wait. Rude and bad service. Wouldn’t recommend.

We've been here twice and unfortunately the service was bad both times. This time we waited 57 minutes for our food; at that point the quality is immaterial.

Super expensive, really poor customer service and drinks were so filled with ice I only got less than two sips!!! Told the lady working the desk my complaint and she said “that’s the way we do it” and showed no empathy to me as a customer. Wait time for food was over 20 minutes for one dish!!!
