Our server, David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He made the experience very special when he realized we were visiting from Hawai'i.

For a hotel setting Spencer's was on point. Disappointed that a cup of coffee to go was not an option but overall experience was good.
Not a complainer, but too many negative marks added up. When taking visitors to SeaTac for morning flights, we choose breakfast options. At number of the hotels have good mid-range breakfasts and free parking. Decided to try the Hilton. Parking is way in the back under the conference center. Long walk to Spencer's. Buffet only. At 30 bucks, it seemed barely as inspiring as of the comes-with-breakfast mid-range chains. Scant service; had to walk around to find someone and gave up. Finally found some cream for our mini-mart quality coffee. No one told us if we were to pay up front or wait (indefinitely) for the wait staff. Finally had to ask the hostess. Then, we had the indignity of having to pay a small fortune for parking. 3x the hourly rate of the SeaTac airport parking across the highway.
Stop resting on your laurels and Hilton name. And stop the sneakflation.
Only about a mile north, in a lesser known hotel, there is an amazing breakfast menu, both westen and Asian, higher quality, at much lower prices, free parking, and super friendly and helpful staff.

All I can say is WOW. We went to this restaurant purely because it was in our hotel, but we were blown away. First of all the biggest shout out to the hostess, waitress and all other staff that we encountered. Not only were they nice, but they went above and beyond what we would expect. The food was also very good. We ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection (med rare). Our water glasses never saw the bottom and we were able to feel well taken care of throughout our entire meal. I would never have guessed that an airport hotel restaurant would be something I would review, but it was so good, I highly recommend eating right at the hotel, next time we fly out of Seattle, I know where we will stay! Thank you!!
I was hesitant to eat here at first but the food was good. Generous portion considering what I had read online. I had the crunchy skin salmon and my wife had the vegetarian pasta, but we're good.

Good steak ! Terrible option for breakfast. Hilton should pay attention. Extremely expensive - $40 for a 1-2 egg (offered as 3 egg - no way) very low quality omelette is a shame. Very disappointed. Service staff don’t care.

Good was really good. The salmon cake was the best I've ever had. I also got a salmon pasta dish that was really tasty. My wife got the jumbo shrimp scampi which she enjoyed as well. Very pricey but very good.

I love my crunchy fries and sumptuous burger, buns is perfect crunch from the inside.
Overall my experience was okay, not great and I would not return as a Seattle local. The restaurant is connected to the Hilton hotel and parking is far behind the hotel and it was expensive. In advance of our reservation, my sister called the restaurant to ensure that even though Breakfast ended at 10, she would be able to order breakfast. The person she spoke with confirmed that would be fine. I made my reservation eight days in advance of my family meeting at this central point for Mother's Day. When we arrived I was told that the restaurant closed at 10am and reopened at 4pm. I showed them my open table reservation and they accommodated us, but we were told several times during our seating that they close at 10am. I felt chastised each and every time and a little embarrassed that I had booked the reservation. The service was subpar, we had to have beverages refilled a few times. I'm assuming this was primarily due to them closing down the restaurant and buffet while we were eating and that had we been there during “open” hours, it would have been better. We did enjoy the food. Although a few meals were warm, not hot. I'm chalking this up to limited staff to prepare due to timing. Had it not been Mother's Day, we would have opted to find another restaurant, but for a large group that would have been impossible without an extensive wait.
