The best Indian food around, spinach curry and Tika masala is fantastic. You can ask for hotter food and they will give you a 7/5 which isn't the hottest Indian food I have ever had but the perfect level for me. Did I mention the best Indian food in Seattle, I have had Indian food costing twice as much, this is significantly better.

I had to try this food truck on fateful day when my lunch situation wasn’t sorted; the portion size is good, but if only the food is half decent as it should supposed to taste like .
Bottom line: If you never had either of the chicken tikka masala or butter chicken, you probably wouldn’t be too disappointed.

I’ve been to this store many times for the mango lassi, which is always great. Today, I tried the strawberry shake, and it tasted really bad. I told the guy at the front desk,he had a ponytail. He asked someone else to taste it, and they took another glass from the fridge and said it was fine. Then the guy with the ponytail spoke to me rudely, saying they deal with a lot of people. That really annoyed me. I wasn’t asking for a replacement, just giving feedback. The owner should consider hiring someone more professional and respectful.

The gravy of the curry dishes is extremely watery, and I don't see a reason why they shouldn't be able to boil it down for a more pleasant consistency and complex flavor - it's thin enough to be annoying to eat with both rice and nan (although I admittedly rely on a spoon for eating gravy with rice). If it's a regional thing @me and I'll revisit.
That said, the paneer was cooked perfectly, so this place definitely beats places with thin gravy *and* crappy rubbery paneer, which is imo weirdly common in Seattle.
Good prices, wonderful service, and delicious food. I always look forward to eating from here.

Just wanted to share a small observation as a loyal customer who has been enjoying the Spice Bliss food from the past three years. The food is always delicious and of great quality and the service from the team has been consistently warm and professional.
I have seen some concerns about tipping here but in my experience, the staff has never added a tip without the customer’s input.
Based on my experience, the screen usually first displays the order total, followed by a prompt for the customer to select a tip either a custom amount or no tip option. Only after that selection is made does the system proceed to the final payment step. Without the customer making a tip selection, the system typically won’t move forward to accept payment.
Also, to the best of my understanding, employees don’t have the ability to manually add a tip on the customer’s behalf as this part of the process is customer driven. Just sharing this in the spirit of clarity and continued appreciation for the great food and service you offer.
