First of all I love spice waala and have for a long time. And I sincerely hope that they find a way to hear some of the food specific reviews and consider making some adjustments.
But gosh what happened to the chicken tikka roll. The chicken is over cooked almost always now, its spice profile has absolutely changed and it’s super bland and being covered up with far too much cumin and mint chutney. The mint chutney has no spice at all so it’s just that mint. And where are the veggies?? No onion and tomato anywhere to be seen no cilantro. (Edit because yes tomato is not in a Kathi roll and I didn’t realize their chutney is cilantro vs mint) The paratha was undercooked the last two times too. Just straight up terrible now (but still recoverable if they actually pay slightly better attention to the product they are putting out there)
And so it’s disappointing because there is no better food than a Kathi roll. Their prices are great. They use halal meat (which is AMAZING) their ice cream is god sent and chai absolutely bomb. But my goodness a good hard look at the actual Kathi roll will do them wonders and keep bringing people back.

The Aloo Tikki Chaat was one of the most flavorful and delicious dishes I’ve ever had. I don’t know why I got the fries but they were also very good, spiced just right and quite crispy. The chicken kati roll was also good with the chutney sauce but I would try a different one next time.

Delicious! Got the lychee soft serve and it was SO good, honestly the best soft serve I’ve had. The paneer roll was delightful - looks a bit small, but it’s packed to the brim with goodness. Affordable and delicious! The workers were doing their absolute best with a lot of customers, so the wait was a bit, but it was worth it.
