This is one of my favorite spots to go to for lunch. I love the chicken tikka rolls. They also have vegetarian options as well but I haven't tried them.

The service is usually quick but can be a bit busy during lunchtime. I usually order ahead so it is ready when I pick it up.

My only complaint is that the food is on the smaller side portion wise. However, I usually find that 2 rolls are enough to fill me up for lunch.

Also, there is no indoor seating so it can be a bit cold waiting for it. That's why I recommend ordering ahead of time.

It's an "American" food place. Please do not mistake this place for authentic food options. Come here with almost zero to low expectations. You're not going to get what you thought you were going to get from the menu. The actual food needs authentic cooking.

I do not get the popularity of this joint. The food was ok, not really delicious. I was reeled in by the 36 hour marinade but it didn't do much for me. They were out of chai because it was near closing time and the mango lassi was good. This seems like an Indian food joint for American tastes.

Today was my second visit to this authentic eatery. Paneer bhurji roll is just wow! Huge shoutout to Joseph for amazing hospitality. I read Uttam and Aakanksha’s story on the website. Their passion for the business is evident from the whole experience - staff behavior, music, chai flavored soft serve, parle-G etc. Would highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

I fear I may be addicted to the chicken tikka roll. Reasonably priced, but get takeout.

Delicious food and great prices but bad service. Been here three times, asked for no onions on my wrap each time, each time have received a wrap with onions. Bodes badly for those with food allergies.

Delicious, juicy, and tasty Indian street food for a casual dining experience.

Wow Spice Waala was so so good. The chicken masala wrap was so flavorful and the chicken was so moist. The wrap itself looked small at first but there’s so much meat in there, it’s definitely a great price for how much food you get.

We also got the Indian “nachos” and it was sweet and savory, also very worth a try. The area around can be loud bc rainier is right by but we found the outdoor seating to be pleasant. Workers are really nice too.

Will definitely be back, possibly to another of the 3 total locations.

We worked with Uttam, one of the owners of Spice Waala, for catering our wedding and strongly recommend their team for any event catering needs. It was important to us to have authentic Indian food for our wedding (which is not always offered with large catering companies in the wedding industry here), and we are so glad that we found Spice Waala.

1) The food was phenomenal. We received so many compliments and positive feedback from guests commenting on the food (especially the kathi rolls, papdi chaat, and soft serve). Our personal favourites from across our tastings and the wedding have been the chicken and lamb kathi rolls, the papdi chaat, and basically any flavour of soft serve. We will definitely be dropping by in the future to enjoy the food!

2) Uttam has been phenomenal to work with. He navigated our venue’s many food and catering specifications, provided suggestions on menu items and food portions (the portions worked out perfectly with our guest count and we even had some leftovers that we were able to share and donate), and was incredibly communicative with us amidst their new location opening and managing the rest of the day-to-day operations.

Also - Spice Waala has incredible company values and donates meals back to the local community. Between their dedication to food justice, wonderful staff, utmost professionalism, and delicious food - Uttam and Aaakanksha’s restaurants are truly gems in the Seattle area.
