Overall an enjoyable experience with pasta being the highlight. Very light and delicate pasta noodles paired with simple but flavorful sauce and lots of high quality shaved parmesan. Not something you can easily find elsewhere.

Beautiful space, but the experience fell short.
We really wanted to love this place because the ambience and decor are nice, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't match the setting.
The service was a tale of two halves: we had one server who was absolutely fantastic and attentive, but another staff member we interacted with was dismissive and frankly rude, which put a damper on the evening.
As for the food, it was disappointing. We tried the $120 per person tasing menu with that has you try most of the food on the menu, and honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we would order again. For the price point, and the fact that we tried the whole menu, we expected much more memorable flavors and presentation. The beef cheek was pretty good, but not enough to warrant us ever going back. The other two entrees were lackluster. The pasta was fresh and flavorless. The appetizers were weird. This place is all hype, or at very least the winter menu missed the mark.

My partner and I dined out for my birthday, and had a wonderful experience. Our server, “Lucky G” made the night so special; they were decidedly warm and welcoming. They created a night we will always remember, and pointed us in the right direction of their favorite dishes. They anticipated our needs before we asked. Everything was delicious, and the Cipollini Ripieni were truly to die for.

For all the hype and the fact that it’s listed as one of the top places to try in Seattle, it was a huge disappointment for me. It was my first visit, but my friends had been there before, and they also commented that the food just isn’t the same anymore. We barely finished the three dishes we ordered.
Some reviews mentioned the portions were small, which wasn’t a problem for us, but the main pasta dish was definitely overcooked. Even though we started eating right away, the noodles were already stuck together. We barely finished all three dishes. Service was okay, and the interior atmosphere was definitely nice, but the food just didn’t hold up.
Overall, I can’t really recommend it.

I was really excited to come here because the pasta looked amazing! We went for a date night and will not be returning.
First impressions: Very slow and lots of tables available on a Tuesday. Got seated at the bar. Space was very very cold in general on a December night, wearing full coverage and underarmour still left me shivering.
Food: Pan fried chicken was a deep fried chicken monte cristo basically, not a fan. Also I’m pretty sure it didn’t disclose the ham. They were extremely sweet and spoke to the kitchen about the dish and took it off the bill. Pasta was good but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it at all, the sage was delicious but left much to be desired. We also got this shrimp brioche dish, not a fan at all. Shrimp portion was meager, overpowered by the very doughy and buttery brioche. It had vision without execution. Plating was nonexistent. Food was also not that warm in general.
Overall: The clientele seem like they’re there for the wine and the courses, to host professional dinners, for birthdays. I don’t think many of them are Seattle locals. Servers were really nice. You can hear literally everything the kitchen staff says. It’s fun to watch noodles and shaved meat from outside of the kitchen. The seasoning in general is typical of most Seattle mid to high end locations: minimalist and safe for the pickiest eaters. It does not have many options for people with meat related restrictions. The cocktails and mocktails look gorgeous. I would probably only go for a quiet drink before a night out and satiate my pasta cravings elsewhere.

Absolutely delicious high quality food combined with an amazing service experience. I can't wait to go back.
Service was excellent, as was the wine list and the food. We need to return more often, as the quality and service never seem to change over time. It's always a delightful experience.
We always love coming to Spinasse for special occasions. Everything there is absolutely delicious & the service is always impeccable. They were especially kind to us when we had to unexpectedly leave early. Can't wait to book again.
This was our first time in Seattle, and and our dinner at Spinasse was probably the best meal we had while in town. We did the chef's tasting--the Menu Degustazione with the wine pairing--and it was worth every penny. We got to try almost everything on the menu, and the chef did not disappoint. We had a great time rating each course, and we loved the King Salmon and every single pasta in the Primi section. Our server was fantastic; he was knowledgeable about each dish, the ingredients, and the wines. This will be on our "Must Visit" when we return.

Spectacular food selections and excellent service. Would recommend creating a small waiting area.
Quaint setting, delicious food, and a polite and informed server- he discussed the menu with excellent and knowledgeable information...the only slight negative is it is difficult to read the menu in the dark, by the only tea light size candle source, and this was not just by older eyes, but also a millennial and gen Z guest.
Our waitress was great. Food was great. The stupid rule of waiting for the entire party to be present before you can be seated is ridiculous.
The food was Stunning. My pasta mind has been blown!! Wine and cocktails were on point. My partner does not drink alcohol and the non alcoholic cocktails and wines were above and beyond. Every piece of food that came out was so well thought out and perfectly executed. The service and our server Luis was the light in our evening! Such an amazing person to have take care of us. We left with a stunning dinner under our belts and a warm feeling of joy for the care we were show. Thank you Spinasse for a wonderful date night to remember!!
Simple but delicious!! We had there two favorite pasta's at the moment and the full antipasto experience board.
