Came here for a beer, veggie tavern, and a salad. Second time here, but just as good as the first. Honestly the salad was great, which you might not expect from a dive bar. It's an excellent similar experience to Loretta's in South Park. The tavern burger is very good, slightly different, but tasty. Fried green beans are an awesome veggie appetizer too. I just wish they had a veggie soup! This will replace Smarty Pants as my new Gtown go-to.
Star Brass was awesome vibes and cold drinks after a nearby dinner with friends. Decided to try out the tavern burger to compare to others nearby, and this one was quite good. Service was fast and congenial throughout as well. Would come back!
Great divey spot in a charming part of town. Star Brass suffers mostly from being in a flight path and from limited parking options nearby. Get past those two things, and you've got an awesome menu with plenty of drink options, and a luxuriously large patio for sunny afternoon sips in the shade.
