Star Sushi & Bar in Seattle is a hidden gem! The rolls are creative and fresh (loved the Cherry Blossom Roll), and the short ribs were tender and flavorful with a perfect balance of sauce and veggies. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and definitely worth a visit.

I ordered dinner to go last night, and was very disappointed in not only the service but the food as well. I had to wait an hour for the food, even though I was informed it would take 30 minutes. I had to wait another 30 minutes at the restaurant. I mentioned it to a server, who was very nice and helpful. I kept getting all sorts of excuses why it wasn’t ready. Came here for a date night for the first time and this place was great. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Our waiter, Miles, saw I was looking for something spicy and recommended the Hamachi Lover -- he was right on target. The nigiri flight was excellent as well. Everything we asked for was provided quickly and with a smile.
