Small store, unique vibe, very laid back, it's never been a perky place -- just calm steady pleasant atmosphere. Tends to be a regular spot for commuters, construction/industrial workers, and often times a gathering place for large groups of drivers for hire and friends, with random visitors largely coming from folks who are getting annual vehicle tabs at licensing office a couple doors down. Good spot to chill and work on computer or do some reading if you don't mind...
