We happened to pass by, so we stopped and why not? We needed a little something and we got that here plus some pastries. It was a pleasant and needed stop on our day.

I came in to buy a cup of water and the barista says well we encourage people to buy the bottle water I don't like the bottled water she refused to sell me a cup of ice water!

They don't read your order. If you order a drink with soy milk, they will never give you whipped cream even if your order says it. It's like they can't read or want to make things wrong.

NOT a good experience…Should have checked the reviews first but thought I could rely on Starbucks being consistent across locations but there is a distinct lack of customer service and my drink order was sub par too. When I asked for it to be remade, the request was met with attitude. Have even written to corporate office about this experience, it was THAT bad.

Came here for a drink with my friend yesterday. Was clearly sitting in view of the cashier station for at least half an hour. I went inside to ask for water, and the barista asked with quite an attitude, “Well, did you order anything today?”

Well, you can see me sitting right outside with my drink. Put the pieces together? Why are you playing cop anyways, it’s just a cup of water? I will not be coming back here due to their attitude.

Rude staff and poorly trained too. Drink order is often incorrect or just low quality.

In reponse to your reply, I did ask the barista to remake it to which I received a rude comment. Directing me to the generic Starbucks contact page isn’t too helpful either. Given the quantity of reviews commenting on rude service, ‘maybe’ the store should train the staff in customer service?!

Baristas here are not the best and I regularly get drinks which are inconsistent with what was ordered. When paying $6 for a drink I do expect it to be made to order and when I’ve questioned it one barista in particular has been quite rude. Will be switching my coffee alliance to a local independent vendor.

Attached photo is a grande in a venti cup…three inches down the cup! I actually asked for a grande cup to measure the actual drink volume and it was barely half way!

I went to get an ice water after a long hot walk, the lady said water is only for paying customers. I’m not understanding why I wouldn’t be able to purchase ice water the same way you guys sell water in the cooler. It was not an option given to me and would’ve been fine purchasing it….

Love the place and seating area. Right stroll to the play pen for Garden Park. Quick stroll to the beach and awesome lake views.

I was with my two kids and one just spilled a venti drink all over themselves. I scrambled to run back and forth to get napkins to clean and there was no attempt by staff to help me clean, just blank and aloof stares from the staff. That’s my only gripe about this Starbucks. Don’t expect anything
more than the bare minimum, especially with kids.

Decent sized, spacious Starbucks, with all the usual decor of the brand.

It's located at a very busy intersection, near Green Lake park. There is outdoor and indoor seating on 2 levels.

I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee, so I went down the street (see my Revolutions Coffee review), but the rest of my family got their drinks and sandwiches here.

They ordered ahead on the mobile app, which was ready quickly as it wasn't very busy (kinda surprising for 1pm on a Saturday). The tables and coffee prep bar were clean.

Took off stars because
* the music was so loud that we couldn't talk. We even moved from sitting outside to inside upstairs hoping to get away from the speakers blasting music - no luck. We ended up wearing our noise cancelling headphones but still couldn't block the noise.
* parking couldn't be found within 5 min walk of the location.
* expensive for what it is

Look, at the end of the day, it's a chain coffee shop where everyone knows the menu and the baristas are trained to produce consistent drinks and food, which is what we got.
