First time in this Starbucks tucked away on Eastlake. So much warmth and hospitality on a rainy day! Great barista. Just had to ask if I could take her picture because she was the best. And in and out so fast.Parking: Thank God they had Parking. Made all the difference because I was in a rush. Was able to pull and get my drink and leave.

I stopped in today for a late afternoon Americano with heavy cream. I specifically requested heavy cream. The barista apparently wasn't paying attention and made it with half and half. She remade it and it was not good.I asked for an ounce or less of heavy cream, she must have poured several ounces in. It wasn't hot, it didn't taste good and after taking two sips I left it on a table outside before leaving.This is why people who enjoy good coffee avoid Starbucks. The coffee is not good, the service is lackluster and the overall experience is never worth the money.I will only go to Starbucks if there is no other choice. After today even if there is no other choice I'll simply do without rather than spending money on something that is not drinkable. Good coffee does not need sugar to camouflage it. If the coffee you are making tastes terrible without sugar that is a problem to be resolved.I would like a refund but it probably isn't worth the hassle to pursue it.

The service here is top tier and this is one of my go to places for a daily pick me up. I adore all of the baristas here and they all really make my day when i come in. It's always so warm and welcoming in there! The food/drinks are always so good and they are always going above and beyond. I haven't had a coffee experience like this before! The ambiance is amazing!! always good vibes here

Shout out to Claire, for turning my day around. She helped me figure out that I could spend my points on my favorite drink for free! Then, she made it perfectly. :) The other Starbucks employee was so nice too! I came in and she was cleaning tables and beating things up and I was worried they were closing, but she reassured me and a couple other people who had just come in that she was just keeping things nice and clean and they didn't close until 7. I've been sitting here for a while and they have both been so nice with every single customer and took care of drinks and snacks quickly. Perfecto. Maybe this is my go-to place to wait out rush hour and get some work done now. I was having a bit of a rough day and it's feeling a lot better now.

A dirty place, food wasn’t displayed or put out at all, lots of homeless outside, felt a bit Grungy!
It taste like watery strawberries. This was terrible compared to the one I bought in California. The strawberries wasn't even distributed evenly out of 3 of my orders.

If you enjoy receiving the wrong drink and then having the barista yell at you when you point out that you ordered an iced vanilla latte and not the chai that she gave to you, then this is your spot. No sbux location is serving anything that tastes remotely decent. The least they could do is give the right drink or at least fix it without the attitude.
