Eight days into December and already out of peppermint syrup for winter drinks. Not very good planning. This seems to happen every year. Very Frustrating

There's always a long line, but staff is nice

This Starbucks location has chosen to eliminate its lobby, which significantly detracts from the inviting atmosphere the company was once known for. Starbucks built its reputation on being a comfortable space where you could relax away from home or work, but now you're left with nothing more than a bench outside in the cold.

Upon arrival, we waited for service at the window, and it took a while for someone to even notice we were there. The design flaw of not being able to see the window from inside the store without walking around a corner is baffling. When we were finally helped, the staff seemed uninterested and cold, especially considering one was a Coffee Master. It felt like the team lacked any sense of customer engagement.

Unfortunately, this experience was bland and forgettable, leaving me feeling disappointed. With another Starbucks of equal distance from me that still offers a lobby and friendlier service, I'll be choosing that one from now on. At the very least, I can enjoy my $7 cup of coffee in an environment that feels welcoming.

Delivery person here. A $30 single cold coffee just fell over. Inside the bag. It was on a flat surface. There was no way I could’ve prevented it. Please pack better. I don’t know if it wasn’t pushed inside the tray properly? Or if it was just too heavy to be in a double tray inside a bag Alone without more support. Thank you.

This location finally got its act together over this past year and then they go and close it again -for upgrades and new things I guess. Even though the drive in and exits is really hairy, the drive thru was fasttttt!

I'd say I only go to this location because it's convenient, however, the drive-thru situation is stressful and not convenient. I've had 10+ negative experiences with these people. The manager is extremely unprofessional, and a handful of the staff members are quite snotty. I have to beg them not to use the syrup I'm allergic to, and even then, they don't care. My order is almost always never right. Every single starbucks location I've been to in Seattle has been amazing. It's wild to me how they get away with this level of service. Today's final straw was getting snapped at because they couldn't hear me over the traffic. Wild. It's not how I'd prefer to start my morning. If you want to treat customers poorly, go work at biscuit b*tch where it's encouraged ??

Drive-thru or walk-up only establishment here with limited outside seating available. Not the location for trendy tech workers to be found plugged in to Wi-Fi with laptops all day long. Staff able to produce coffees potentially smoother than other locations as to keep the dive-thru driving through they seem to really do. Basically what you'd expect from your standard Starbucks drive-thru experience.

Lady at the second window had no customer service skills. She got irritated that my $9 latte was enough of a price for me to pay and refused to talk to me or acknowledge me after I paid. Drink was yummy though and couldn’t have asked for it to be made better!

This is a Starbucks, so nothing special. However, I do like this location.

This location is near my house, has a drive-thru and is convenient. The staff here are always super nice. Please know, you can only use the drive-thru or walk up window at this location. There is not a dine in option at this location.

The staff always provide great customer service and I have never had any issues with my orders here. As a vegetarian, l always enjoy the impossible breakfast sandwich and I love the cake pops, especially the orange creamsicle cake pop. I also love the strawberry and cookie crumble Frappuccinos.

Overall, I definitely recommend Starbucks and this particular location. There can be a line at the drive-thru and it does get pretty busy sometimes, but overall it’s a great and convenient location.

I order via mobile order occasionally. I tend to order the same drinks (pike brew or shaken oatmilk espresso) and for some reason the orders always taste different. I understand it gets busy but I wouldn’t expect the quality of my drinks to change so much. Not the biggest fan of this location but I don’t absolutely hate it either. It’s convenient & fast for what it’s worth.

Tamoi has a passive aggressive way to communicate and does not follow a kindness first way of handling situations. I absolutely love going to Starbucks near my home, and feel genuinely scared to go back after my interaction with this employee, and can no longer trust this location.
