Ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Cream cheese tasted super sour and gross, like vinegar. It had to have been spoiled. I hope I don't get sick from it I had to leave for a meeting and couldn't go back to get replacement or refund. The mocha I ordered was missing 2 inches of milk and was like warm. Not good. I wish I could get my money back. Starbucks used to have consistency in quality but not anymore. Other locations also struggle. At least this location had nice employees.

This Starbucks does not have a dinning area. After we ordered and paid for our food then they told me they didn't have my sandwich. I told them to just cancel the order and we would go to a nearby Starbucks so we could eat inside but they wouldn't do it. And the brewed was cold! This was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had, I don't recommend this one at all.

Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew This is not what I ordered, I barely like going to this location because they always either mess up my order and are rude. This is frustrating, irritating and annoying. This is DEFINITELY the last time I order from this location, the California Ave Starbucks might be hard to get to but at least they are kind and never mess up my order.

the only good thing about this location is the convenience of it. I CONSTANTLY have something wrong with my order here. Ever since they remodeled and got different partners , this store’s quality and efficiency is garbage. I mobile order 9/10 times and my orders are wrong 9/10 times . The only reason why I keep coming back here is because of the convenience. I literally never write reviews and I used to be a partner. Coffee is not that hard.. If you want ease of pickup with your correct order, don’t go here -.-
