If Mike is still coming here - the guy with the 5 raw sugar packets, that's really messed up. i saw that guy punch someone in the store and I saw the manager give him a free drink afterward... The employees were so uncomfortable. Including myself.

This Starbucks must be the most disappointing of any corporate restaurant experience. I'm kind of sick of the manager by computer feel of corporate stuff. We are stuck with airlines if we are going to get together with family. But food not so much. This was so sad.

Hi guys, I've been going to Starbucks all my life and never had shortage of money! Well on a cold and wet early Friday morning I came to Starbucks in Georgetown and didn't realized I only had $2.67 in my pocket as I came up to the cashier. I then asked the cashier if $2.67 will get me any hot drinks, well without hesitation she told me to put my money away and quickly went to customer's line and bought me a hot drink and insisted me to get a sandwich, by then I knew that this lovely and kind-hearted cashier (btw very beautiful*_~) cashier was planning to pay for me, so she insisted to get me a sandwich and I didn't want her to spend too much so I ordered a round cheese danish she had introduced me to. Never in my life I've had someone that did this for me and as I'm writing this review my heart felt softer and I almost bursted into tears thanks to her generosity and loving person that she is. I will never forget this rare moment and it has now become a highlight in my life thanks to this amazing caring cashier by the name of JACKIE :D! (Hopefully I spelled your name right). Starbucks, JACKIE is the one reason that gives your company a good name now and for much many more years. Thank you again JACKIE, it's cold and wet out here so I have to go and I'll see you again, 'til next time have wonderful holidays to you and the rest of your crew at Starbucks here in Georgetown, WA state. I had to change my review to one star. How do you ruin a $7 cup of coffee, as of today I will never buy another cup at Starbucks and I hope they go out of business.

I ordered the wrong drink by mistake. Ms. Sonny fixed my order right away with no problem. I appreciate the professionalism and the great attitudes at this location. The cashier Jacky was welcoming with a smile too! The only thing I would say needs to be fixed is the parking lot. It is too small for the amount of traffic.
