Our drinks and snacks came out great. However, the employees aren't very friendly. They seemed inconvenienced by us adding on another item to our order and then proceeded to aggressively hand our items to us. No "have a nice day" or anything similar to that before we left.

The gentleman upfront said he’d been working with Starbucks a long time, offered me some alternatives to try. I mean really great customer service in his behalf. Thank You for that so much!
It’s bad enough how expensive it’s getting, AND eliminated two of my fav syrups.
This location seems upbeat anyway, but now I’ll def take a trip out of my way to rerun to this location because of this gentleman.

Most employees are friendly. Rating 3 stars because numerous times we have ordered in the app and have repeatedly picked up drinks that are nowhere near full. Why pay for a venti? Today both cups had more than an inch of empty space when the kids were removed. Have never experienced this at s Starbucks before this location. I have sent pictures to support in the past and it keeps happening.

Somehow this store almost always has 4-5 cars waiting to even start ordering/enter the drive thru while the drive thru itself is empty. I'm not sure why they don't prioritize taking orders to keep the parking lot clear/the cars IN the drive thru, but they do not.

Went in for a simple coffee, didn't get a hello or a goodbye. Rude staff, especially "Val" the guy at the counter. Staff all seemed unhappy, the vibes were off all around and the coffee was Mid at best. Warm up my doughnut or atleast ask... SmH...

I work graveyard construction, so finding a bathroom can be really difficult during those hours. We work outside all night to make sure the roads are safe for everyone and it's a bit disheartening, especially as a woman when we ask to use the restroom and we are told no. To the man who refused me the restroom after leaving the door open and allowing another man in to be on his laptop, I hope you have the day you deserve.

Sada and her team have unmatched customer service compared to any Starbucks I have visited in Seattle. They are always attentive and work very well together. You can tell they enjoy shifts with their colleagues.

Today I had a truly shocking and traumatizing experience.
I enjoy coming to this Starbucks to get my caffeine fix as well as to enjoy quick and yummy snacks.
A 6“5 tall huge tall guy with a mohawk, long scar on the back of his elbow was rude, racist, and disrespectful towards me.
I’m not sure if I am coming again to this location. It’s not acceptable. He is helping Starbucks lose customers.
Employees tend to get mad when asking for water. When they receive a tip though they put a fake smile.
In addition. Delivery orders are always late. Also the Latino employee is rude and talks about customers to other employees while they are waiting for a drink.
