Staff is always really nice and very kind. There's been a few times where my car didn't work. And at 1 of the locations, the girl was so nice. She just gave it to me. Anyways, I thought that was really kind of her. Of course, I would never expect that she knows. I didn't go there to try to do that. It's just the thought. The most poorly managed Starbucks I have ever been to.
First, the drinks are 20% more expensive than any other Starbucks I have been to, which includes NYC and SF.
At 8:30am they were blaring 70s disco music.
There was one couple in line before me and all three of us had to wait several minutes as the FIVE employees behind the counter were goofing around with each other.
When I finally did get my black iced tea (tea, water, and ice), it was wrong. I asked that they remake it, which they did but they some how made it worse. Instead of remaking it, they topped off the drink with something awful that I have never tasted before.
I left the drink on the counter and walked out without asking for my money back.

Kirsten at this location who took my order was an absolute angel!!! I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to after the impeccable service and friendliness of this person. I'll keep coming here again and again after this wonderful experience. Please give Kirsten a raise and a bonus. One of the best Starbucks workers I've ever met.

If you're looking for that typical Starbucks efficiency and speed in online ordering - this is not the place. Five people at any given time were waiting for their orders, four people behind the counter, and only three making drinks working on food prep and taking orders while one stops what she is doing to take inventory. With so many people waiting for their orders and them running 5 minutes behind on their online ordering wait time, was inventory really a priority? I missed two buses waiting for an order that at any other Starbucks location has only taken a max of 10 minutes to prepare ( and usually only takes them five at the Ballard location.)And the drink was not it's usual quality - probably because it was made so haphazardly. Either get more staff behind the counter for your busy morning commuter crowd, or at the very least teach them how to prioritize customer wait times over things that can wait till they're less busy or at least have an extra person on shift. I will not be back.
We have to wait more than one hour for our order and at the end they refunded our money because the food finished already never come back again

I love studying here; the atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent. However, it’s a bit chilly, especially on rainy days. The seating is very comfortable, perfect for working on a laptop and charging your devices. 👍🏻

They just can't seem to make a drink properly at this location. Today was the 6th time they messed up my easy order. So i always order a trenti pink drink and I add dragon fruit to it. When a customer is paying for something to be added to their drunks that doesn't mean you don't put something that already came on the drink out. If I wanted a dragon drink then I would've ordered it. I just want my pink drink with strawberries and dragon fruit like I ordered it.
