I came in today for my free birthday Rewards drink. Since this is the first time I've redeemed a Reward and I wasn't really sure how to do it correctly, I just told the barista it was my birthday. She didn't wish me a happy birthday or acknowledge that I had placed my order. She didn't say thank you or wish me a good day after handing me my drink, just broke eye contact and started assisting the customer behind me. Pretty poor attitude!
