At this store the old caucasian lady she over charged me for the drink every time I come in to order. I went to every other store to get the drink its same price. But at this store she overcharged. Needs a honesty worker

I just left there - rude girl at the register. She mean-mugged me when I walked up to order. I'm not sure if it's me she hated or her job. She was digging in her braids itching her scalp- then proceeded to make my drink.

Ever since Starbucks stopped having 1/2 & 1/2 available to customers, my experience here has been mostly just frustrating. When ordering drop coffee, baristas either have to pour the 1/2 & 1/2 in, or I ask for it on the side. If they pour it in, they are unable to get the ratio of cream to coffee right. And if they give me a cup of it on the side, they usually don't pour enough in, and I'll have to ask for more, which can take another couple mins to flag down a harried barista to explain that I need more cream. Sometimes they're cool about it, sometimes snarky. What used to be a nice, relaxing experience of getting coffee, has become an annoyance. Once in awhile they get it right, but most of the time, they don't. This is not the baristas' fault, but management's decision to make things harder for customers and baristas alike..

This is a nice clean Safeway with a small Starbucks inside. They had cake pops, which is all my daughter needed :)
