Today is 12/1/2025 . Today I experienced rude and disrespectful behavior with cashier lady which is African American .
She get so rude and unhappy if she sees doesn’t get a tip. If you’re not happy find a better job.

The entrance is very narrow. Service are slow, but I understand it’s a training store.

This place is a hit or miss. I usually order Ice shaken espresso and it tastes the same at any other Starbucks except this store, it was 50/50 to get the same taste. Sometime it has mint flavor, sometime it has pumpkin flavor, etc... Recently I stopped by again to order Matcha Frappuchino, but it ended up taste like Strawberry Matcha. Really disappointed. Hope Starbucks can train their staff carefully before letting them do the service.
I have been coming here since I moved from Burlington about 8 months ago and usually come early early in the morning the morning crew is amazing always makes the drinks correctly very nice and personable I usually dont have to ask they see my car and already know. Starbucks keep the morning crew they are worth there weight amd gold. This Starbucks is my go to I have tried others and its just not the same.

Nothing exemplifies American culture more than a Starbucks that only serves people with vehicles. Don't or can't drive? Be prepared to go half a mile down the road to the Starbucks inside the Safeway or pay an additional $10+ for delivery. Better yet, skip Starbucks and go to any of the several boba tea places nearby. That Starbucks greenlit a vehicle-only location here is insanity.
This Starbucks moves you through the line quickly with friendly service. Somehow most drive thru Starbucks coffee isn't as good as going into a Safeway Starbucks. Not sure why the coffee is always spot on in Safeway Starbucks!?
The black (sorry didn’t see her name)girl at the drive-thru had no customer service skills. The 1st time after giving me the drink I said “thank you”, she replied “yeah”. The second time after I said “thank you “, not a sound coming out of her. I’ve been to this place all the time and she’s the only one that’s not nice. Everyone else is super nice.

Never in my life have I had a bad experience with Starbucks until now. The barista was condescending and unbelievably rude both at the speaker as well as the window. She berated my husband (who doesn't even drink coffee but was ordering a breve latte for me) for not specifying the type breve then when he asked what the difference is because he genuinely doesn't know, she got even worse and spoke to him like a child. This is AFTER I tipped almost $2 for one drink. The barista Liz should not be in customer service, but if she stays, she won't have to worry about trying to figure out how to make my breve latte again. I won't be back.

I’ve given this place chance after chance. Something is off with their serving amount. I go to several Starbucks and my drink always taste the same. I have ordered the same thing for years but for some reason this Starbucks is different. The cold foam is never foam. It’s always froth and very small amount. We pay 8 to 9 dollars for a drink and they get upset when you ask for them to remake the foam into actual foam. It’s unfortunate this is the only drive thru in the area. I will be going to my local grocery store Starbucks for consistency.
I Tried to get dine in the girl said no so i was very mad and me and my friend had to walk all the way to a diffrent starbucks
My Matcha latte is my go to order. it’s my favorite drink. My son tried a chocolate frappe with carmel swirls…ya too much yummy for me!
Service was great, is just a very odd designed drive through right off of a busy street. Not my favorite location to visit.
