This place closes at like 7:30am every Sunday with no explanation, why open in the first place? After the first time this happened last week when they were locking the door as I was walking up on my way into work I started checking to make sure they’re open on my way out the door so I can go past a different coffee shop on my way to work if they aren’t actually open like their posted hours say. Today I checked and it’s open so I go to place my order on the app when I’m closer and it times out suddenly saying I can’t order online and have to go to the counter. I get there and they are turning people away at the register! Like I said I could have gone a different route and given my money to a different business which I will be doing from now on after two weeks in a row of this unreliability, the 203degrees a couple blocks away is really good I learned this morning, and Victorola is really really good on weekdays! Starbucks closed all the other locations nearby and can’t keep this one open during posted hours for anything. We should be supporting local anyway, everybody was right about Starbucks being a soulless corporation

Just want to say props to this place for having us during the cold plunge club in lake Union. Great service and we bring tons of people in early in the morning and they are always big champs about it. Love it.

Convenient, but it seems everyone is overworked or stressed out about something.
We also found that the Starbucks on Lake Union closed down just a few days ago, and overall there is a general lack of restaurants/activity in the city.
I’m wondering how such large companies like Amazon & Google can exist in the city with so many campus buildings, yet the whole place looks run down and devoid of businesses.
The free banana caravan near Amazon HQ is great, but considering the revenue Amazon is making….?
If Amazon is paying loads of taxes to the government, where is it going? If not, why not? Seems like the city is poorly managed and/or misdirecting funds?

Not to be one of those people but instead of saving my money I decided to get a coffee because of the free cold foam this weekend and they didn't even give me the cold foam while its literally printed on the label when i couldve saved my money.

I love coming here but man the music is so loud. It’s impossible to sit and work. I can hear the music through my noise cancelling headphones!
They finally reopened! Very convenient location (right next to Amazon’s banana truck) and great atmosphere to spend an afternoon here.

Waited a loooong Time for this place to reopen. And it looks really nice but I have to say the staff is pretty much the same. They don't really care about doing their jobs. Came in at 7am to see five people behind the counter and only two of them doing the work because the other three were in the back. Just talking. And they looked right at me as two people walked out because they got tired of waiting Management might consider retraining their people because they obviously don't understand they're in the service industry. And then they got my coffee wrong!
