The staff is helpful and nice but it's extremely annoying that you must request sweetener when ordering and they add it prior to giving it to you..same with cream and they DO NOT leave any accessible to guests so if it's not sweet enough or you notice they forget cream you then have to go get back in line and wait to order again to tell them and rectify .... I don't always know how much sweetener I will need and it's like they don't think I am trustworthy...
I know starbucks is starbucks, but what can make va starbucks a 3 star or a 5 star is the staff.These guys have to be the friendliest bunch of young people ever in this organization.Keep up the good work staff, you made me smile today
