Extremely overpriced drinks, very cheap low quality ingredients at massive mark ups. Mostly very heavy on syrups and sugar. Its a known fact and verifiable one that starbucks uses stale very old coffee beans. And you wonder why your coffee just never tastes right. tastes like ash. Also you have to repeat instructions to staff so often. Honestly a kiosk and a robot would be a better experience. And I am being real. Alot of the regulars no longer come here because the experience has gotten so bad. And part of that is due to the unbelievably incompetent manager. The small one with the blonde hair. Dont be fooled by the appearance of this place looking full. It used to have way more seating but they somehow rearranged things and put in booths and chairs as filler space. Over the last two years Starbucks finances have really struggled and its very apparent why when you walk into their shops. Enjoy your slop 😊

I love what they have done with this location, the remodel turned out amazing. Sure it sucked when it was closed but it was worth the wait. The crew is always super nice and welcoming, my hats off to them as the shear volume they seem to deal with would kill me. They always seem to do it with a smile. I have always wondered how they keep the lobby clean, I really don’t know how they do it but they flat get it done, there is someone constantly tending to the lobby and bathrooms it seems. With a lot of places in Seattle not looking like they once did it’s refreshing to have a place local to me I can pop in, get a coffee and a snack and be greeted by smiles and laughs. The atmosphere here is something other companies should try to follow.
Ps: who doesn’t love a cake pop every now and then!

slow service..unhygienic staff on their phones and hands in pockets...had to ask my order to be redone twice..couldnt find a place to sit to..promptly left and threw drink in the trash. youve got unhoused folks with all their bags occupying paying customers seats. waste of $9

Starbucks at University Village (1 of 3 I believe!) is a great stop while shopping in the area. The location is super convenient and has been newly remodeled, so it feels fresh, clean, and welcoming.
You get the same great coffee and pastries you expect from Starbucks, served quickly and consistently. I especially love how easy it is to pop in for a drink or snack while walking around U-Village.
Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable spot in a perfect location, and a nice place to take a quick break during a shopping trip.

This is the second Starbucks store ever, store 302, which came after original the very first pike place Starbucks, store 301. This store has been there like forever, but not too long ago they have renovated , which has certainly improved the vibes. It's has seating inside and outside, some coming work space with charging points, high bar style stools and pick up station. Staff is always nice to talk to here, service is great, with option to get your 'cup of joe' in to-go disposable cups or in-store Starbucks mugs. All in all, I like this place, good staff, nice vibes, nice location. Parking is available in university village mall if one is lucky to find it , depends on time and day. There is bus stop also right outside , which provides easy public transport accessibility.
