It’s my birthday and one of the gals working there was just the best! Made my day! 🤗

Love this Starbucks. Drinks are always good when I go there. Was recently remodeled.

With new renovations, more seatings but more competition to get a sit.
I ordered grande iced lavender oatmilk matcha in take out container, got tall size wholemilk hot matcha in the mug :( I even pointed at the menu to make sure I got the correct one! I even tipped (usually I don't want to tip) because the employee was nice to me, but very disappointed to find out my order was wrong and I wasted my tip as well.

They replaced with tall size iced matcha but was still disappointed since I wanted to try out the new lavender matcha and I didn't wanna wait for that long again (because so many people order takes so long too). Probably would visit again when it's more chill and less busier.

Overall a nicely remodeled location now serving drinks in glassware to enjoy in store. The seating they do have is nice and cozy, but they could certainly have much more seating. There are always more customers than they have seats for which can be an issue when customers have their drinks served in glassware with nowhere to sit. There is certainly lots of open floor space to add more tables. Also, for the heaters above their tables outside, you can barely feel the heat at all. They do have a large staff so orders are prepared fairly fast.

No matter what renovation goes through always the same problem; whole store is full with laptop people, bored sitting at home. You can not enjoy and sip your coffee if you came to mall for a stop.

The first store in the world is famous, but many people may not know that this is the second store. It has been located in University Village with a nice atmosphere for a long time. It is currently a Reserve store.

Jasper was the absolute moment today when she was serving. That's it. She was just serving. She completely ate (not on the floor obvi) and left zero metaphorical crumbs. No notes. 10/10.

Jasper politely explained that the Clover machine was out of order when that's all my platonic husbear and I were there for. Jasper, able to rectify our evening, pointed us to our next alternate, the draft Nitro Cold Brew line, instead, and saved our marriage.

Pros:
Great location, WiFi, and many seats. The windows are big and it’s comfortable to sit outside, too. There are few outlets, so make sure your devices are charged prior to coming. Ordering the drink was a good experience because the barista was patient and made the drink well (5 stars for this).

Con:
I gave 1 star review on purpose because of the service towards closing. Baristas came up to me literally 6 times to tell me that they closing soon, which was a terrible customer experience. I don’t recall 6 working, so I assume that the same ones kept coming up to me (I could be wrong).

I get it, you’re closing soon ? you don’t need to tell me at the 30, 15, 10, 5, 2, and 0 minute mark that you’re closing. It’s disruptive and unnecessary and distracted me from actually wrapping up so I could leave on time. I felt like they were looking over my shoulder and didn’t trust I would leave in a reasonable timeframe after closing. I am always respectful of closing times because I understand what it’s like to work in food service (I did myself). No matter how rude baristas are, I will always be respectful. But this a bad experience and barista should be trained to assume that people can respect boundaries (closing time) and be firm once it becomes time to actually kick people out.

I’ll return to use the WiFi and great seating. Will not purchase anything or be there near closing because it was rude and unnecessary
