This is the second Starbucks store ever, store 302, which came after original the very first pike place Starbucks, store 301. This store has been there like forever, but not too long ago they have renovated , which has certainly improved the vibes. It's has seating inside and outside, some coming work space with charging points, high bar style stools and pick up station. Staff is always nice to talk to here, service is great, with option to get your 'cup of joe' in to-go disposable cups or in-store Starbucks mugs. All in all, I like this place, good staff, nice vibes, nice location. Parking is available in university village mall if one is lucky to find it , depends on time and day. There is bus stop also right outside , which provides easy public transport accessibility.

With new renovations, more seatings but more competition to get a sit. I ordered grande iced lavender oatmilk matcha in take out container, got tall size wholemilk hot matcha in the mug :( I even pointed at the menu to make sure I got the correct one! I even tipped (usually I don't want to tip) because the employee was nice to me, but very disappointed to find out my order was wrong and I wasted my tip as well.
They replaced with tall size iced matcha but was still disappointed since I wanted to try out the new lavender matcha and I didn't wanna wait for that long again (because so many people order takes so long too). Probably would visit again when it's more chill and less busier.

Overall a nicely remodeled location now serving drinks in glassware to enjoy in store. The seating they do have is nice and cozy, but they could certainly have much more seating. There are always more customers than they have seats for which can be an issue when customers have their drinks served in glassware with nowhere to sit. There is certainly lots of open floor space to add more tables. Also, for the heaters above their tables outside, you can barely feel the heat at all. They do have a large staff so orders are prepared fairly fast.
