I rarely leave negative feedback, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. The female employee who assisted me was noticeably rude, impatient, and dismissive. A simple interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Great customer service is what keeps people coming back, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. I hope this is addressed so future customers are treated with the kindness and professionalism...
Not a Starbucks ambience... The dining area is large.

This is physically separated by a 'gate' so I would think this is not a QFC Starbucks???

I genuinely feel bad for the staff at this Starbucks because of the amount of people that come in for the warmth only. They handle it very well as far as I can tell. They are always friendly with me and execute My orders perfectly every time. I appreciate them very much.
