Unfortunately, this was a disappointing visit. The Subway location was hard to find, and when I finally did, it looked almost abandoned from the outside. Inside, the service was unwelcoming—the staff came off as rude and uninterested. To top it off, they didn’t accept valid Subway coupons, which was frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected from a national chain.

Service wasn’t anything special tbh was just craving subway I bought a sandwich which was fine the cookie was fine drink was fine but my chips were not they were old and stale I checked when they expired it was over a week ago so maybe don’t buy the chips :)

I work at the mall and made the mistake of trying to order a 6" Monster sandwich. The absolute invalid who took my order gave me a sandwich with steak, cheese, and nothing else. When I asked her for my "Monster" sandwich that I paid $14 for, she argued with me and claimed that I didn't ask for it when I clearly did. She made me the proper sandwich and then asked me to pay for it again. She needs to lose her job, and I sincerely hope she gets hepatitis.
Not good. The chicken sandwich smelled spoiled when I got back at mu hotel room.

Convenient location and prompt when ordering for delivery, but both times I've tried ordering a plain egg & cheese flatbread from this location they send it with meat (once with bacon and this time with steak). I'm vegetarian, and the meat versions of the egg and cheese flatbread were their own menu options that were distinct and separate. It's like they assume everyone wants meat (nevermind pork)!
