Booked a room, received confirmation thru email. Cancelled booking before arrival thru email. I called to fix and got confirmation. Arrived and no active reservation. The hotel was full at this point. Reservation manager at desk extremely rude. We had to stay the night at the airport.

Oliver's is a favorite bar in Seattle, located in a historical hotel with a classic and iconic setting. The service is personal, attentive, friendly, courteous, and beyond expectations. The atmosphere is wonderful, described as a classic and iconic setting. The award winning martini is absolutely delicious, with drunken olives. The food and drink are very good, with choices like a Protein bowl that was soooo delicious and well presented, and an incredibly delicious breakfast. However, the menu is limited, and the distance from the kitchen can be problematic, with parts of the breakfast being cool. The food is good but a bit $$$$ although expected. The closure of Andaluca Restaurant is disappointing, as the two establishments complemented each other and added to the atmosphere of the Mayflower Hotel, which is sadly diminished. Overall, the cocktails are fabulous, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is wonderful.
