This is the dream burger establishment with curiously phenomenal entrees and sides. I return to Seattle annually and do not miss this. The burgers are among the best, but the roasted chicken entree is among the greatest meals I have ever enjoyed anywhere. I don’t even like brussels sprouts, but they serve a side item version which is remarkable all its own.

Yum butcher steak breakfast perfectly done and fair price . The picture is half of the plate we split between 2 of us.
The food was great. The fires were perfectly crisp and the burger buns were so soft. Kiddo says it was the best burger he’s ever had!

Relish Bistro offers a range of menu options for breakfast, including avocado toast, which is well-prepared. A breakfast buffet with an omelette station is also available. For a unique experience, the cold smoked salmon plate is a delicious option. Great service is a consistent highlight. Our experience here was outstanding, with prompt and welcoming service. The food was fresh, hot, and well made. The smash burger and roasted chicken were delish and filling. The mac and cheese comes with a protein option and is very delicious. The location is so close to a ton of Seattle night life and main attractions. If staying in the hotel, you really are dining well with not even having to leave. The service was great and food came out fast and delicious. Very good air conditioning. Seated in front of a beautiful window table viewing the city.
