The man behind the counter was working very hard, but holy gods this place is awful.

They were out of cookies.
Out of pepperoni.
Out of Parmesan cheese.
Out of 90% of their fountain drinks, including 100% of their non-sugared fountain drinks.
Out of many of their bottled drinks, including almond all their non-sugared bottled drinks.

And that’s just the things I verified them being out of during my order. And they didn’t tell anyone they were out of these things until the last minute, after they’d already committed to their orders.

Worse—and I’m no lawyer but I’m pretty sure this is illegal—the prices on their menu are wrong. (The man behind the counter told me they’re “going to be changed,” but could not say when.) I ordered a footlong #6, which the menu says costs less than $11. It rang up at $14. That’s not even a small difference; the actual price is nearly 40% higher than the quoted price—which would be bad even if they’d been able to actually make my order, without being out of several key ingredients! And again, they don’t tell you this until after you’ve ordered—or, in the case of the fountain drinks, until after you’ve paid!

I am actually going to try and report them to Weights and Measures about the pricing inaccuracies.

Very expensive for what you actually get. Don't waste your time and money unless you want to be disappointed. I paid for double meat, but did I get it? NO. (I used the Subway app, so I had no control of how it was made) Very sad excuse for a sandwich. It looks like it was run over by a truck. I won't be returning here.

Over the past few years, I have eaten at this Subway location on multiple occasions, and each time I have fallen ill shortly thereafter, including this evening when I experienced severe sickness. It is worth noting that I have never had this experience at any other Subway location. I highly recommend Subway as a whole, but I strongly advise against eating at this specific location.

Worst experience ever!!! November 1st 2:30AM 3 employees working, all of them on the counter doing the same thing counting cookies for 15mins while there’s a long line waiting. 4 people left before i did. 3 employees had zero common sense total.

Well let me first say I have not had any issues with this subway in the past but I did want to warn people on ordering the tuna sandwich. I went this Saturday night to order the tuna sub and the food I ordered was delicious but right afterward a few hours later I got extremely sick. I know they most likely put the tuna out around 11a when lunch starts and most likely kept that tuna fish out. I got my food around 7p which is gross they really should put fresh food out. Like I have said I never had an issue with the people who work there every one is ok but it was just this issue I wanted to give people a heads up on.

Going to try to be as respectful and cordial with this review in order to bring attention to critical mistakes society is still enduring with adults.

I placed an order online on the app as I've done multiple times prior at 11:45 am for pickup at noon for my timed lunch. The app stated everything was paid for, placed at the correct selected address, and that it was in the process of preparation. The app continued on and around 11:58 am stated it was ready for pick up. I arrived at 12 on the dot to keep my schedule accordingly, showed my order to the cashier, and it went to complete laughable shock seconds after. He began to get anxious and stated the order was never placed at the store and he didn't have any online order. I showed him my phone, confirmed payment, confirmed the address, and confirmed the app stated it was ready. He continued stating he doesn't know what happened but he cannot help at all and can't do anything. I began to ask valid questions such as, is there a supervisor on shift, can you explain why this discrepancy is occurring, and if you could simply view my phone or have me read out the order to make it as I was being very patient. He was very rude, ignored all my questions, and then proceeded to assign to people who arrived after me to make their sandwiches. At that point I was not going to just let him ignore me and I reap the repercussions of their mistakes. I continued stating I would like to speak to a manager if you cannot assist as I've already paid for an order you're refusing to make. After about halfway through making the other individuals sandwiches, he sarcastically stated he'd make my order after their order is finished. Complete lack of respect for a mistake they made to a paying customer. I kept cool and just proceeded to let him make my order. Just an addition he ignored two ingredients I requested and never toasted the one I requested. And finally when I requested a receipt stating the time he made the order so I can proceed with a refund, he laughed under his breath, stated he wouldn't do that, and just looked at me. I have much more attentive issues in life so this wasn't too big on me, but the reason for the length of response is to hopefully attract others and the management specifically to address the employer and issues, avoiding future instances. I really enjoyed the convenience of this 24/7 location and every time prior I've ordered it was smooth. I'm unsure what happened today but I was mind blown on how an individual twice my age, acts like a prepubescent teenage male that just received his first job carrying along all these self centered disrespectful attitudes they emulate. Honestly hope this individual receives proper training and gains some respect to advance in his career and life. Apologies to the individual for having to snap a photo but others need to be aware of this employee. Much respect.

Guy said they diddnt have sidekicks but I saw someone come out with one while I was outside. Rude liars terrible customer service. Also someone was smoking Crack or fentanyl in the bathroom don't go here the place is absolute trash if I could leave negative stars I would.

Unfortunately this Subway location has gotten worse throughout the years. Recently started using the app to take advantage of discount specials since previously they had issues with coupons or honoring national advertisements. Orders are incorrect or missing items when picking up after using the app. They are difficult to deal with and don't want to issue refunds for out of stock items that were ordered. Worst of all is the argumentative and rude employees. Myself and all my coworkers will not be buying from this establishment anymore it has gotten so bad.
