This subway is open 24 hours a day. It was just around the corner from our hotel the Palladium. We grabbed the sandwich at 5:30 in the morning to eat on the plane back to Miami. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

***FALSE ADVERTISING: Not 24/7***
ATTENTION to this SUBWAY OWNER and to the SUBWAY CORPORATE,. This store has both doors closed and locked. Just went and told it is close while it shows info everywhere it’s 24/7.. I waited outside and after I showed the server (repeatedly) that it showed 24/7 from my phone, the server open the door. The server tried to ignore and seems wanting a customer to beg 😏. I didn’t beg but curious. Upon questioning why he kept saying it’s closed , the server has the nerve to be angry instead of apologizing. It’s okay I left without food. No good neighbor business anyway.
They charge 6.49$ for adding bacon a ham and bacon sandwich with chips is 27$ the owner's are greedy and subway has become so overpriced I will no longer be going to this ever again. This sandwich use to be 18$ thats fair now they bumped it up to almost an extra 10$ if you want to save money and actually get a good meal i would not recommend subway in downtown Seattle anymore.

Okay for a grab and go sandwich. My bread eas a little stale on one end. Otherwise, you know what to expect from Subway so can't grade too hard.

The servers could benefit from improving their language skills, as ordering was somewhat difficult due to their strong accents and communicating style. Be prepared that communicating in English can be challenging here, and you may even feel as though you’re being treated as dumb.
Order a foot long chicken bacon ranch for a late night pick up. Mustachio Subway clerk wouldn’t let anyone in the store. No refund. No explanation. The food has always been particularly terrible at this location. The Madison location is open 24 hours and is a much better establishment.

My Husband and I visited this place today while on vacation. I asked the staff for the zip code so I can utilize my Subway app. The manager stated he didn't know the zip code in a very rude tone then proceeded to play on his phone in a dismissive manner. We left and went to the Subway on 4th Ave for better service. Such disgusting behavior.

Your staff is absolutely horrible. I’ve never been to a subway this bad where your employees just refused to work or help out any of the customers they’ve been saying that the toaster is down for weeks when they’re lying they choose customers to toast for I walked in, seen a bunch of customers sitting down with toasted sandwiches when I asked if the sandwich toaster was working, the worker told me no, even though I knew he was lying. I tried to make a cold sandwich he made it all while I was watching him, then tried to toast it with vegetables on it and sauce already on it when I asked him why he would do that, and when he was ever trying to do that, he said he was reading the receipt and I told him to toast it at the end again I asked him when were you ever trained to make a sandwich like that and he ignored me I asked him again if you were gonna toast it anyway why tell me the toaster doesn’t work. I only picked that sandwich Because he said the toaster doesn’t work then he continue to ignore me. This type of behavior is unacceptable from workers that are supposed to be handling our food if I didn’t come in to watch him make my sandwich you would’ve toasted it with all the sauce and vegetable on it and then served it to me. Who does this you need to have some kind of accountability for your employees I’m expecting a call.

This Subway location provides the worst experience I've ever encountered. It's a disservice to the brand, and corporate intervention is urgently needed. The staff appears utterly disengaged, consistently avoiding orders and claiming to be out of basic ingredients – a claim I find hard to believe for a Subway, especially after three such visits. The two employees exhibit extreme laziness. The male worker frequently hides in the back, forcing his coworker, who struggles with English, to manage alone. Their lack of customer service and poor work ethic are single-handedly driving away business. The issue isn't the neighborhood; it's the incompetent and apathetic staff!
