This store was very understaffed with only one (great) employee working all positions. Honestly, nobody should ever put up with working for this company. Management should seriously consider kicking things into gear before all remaining employees quit.

Ordered online. Came to pick it up 20 minutes later. Still wasnt made. They were prioritizing ppl who were in line. This defeats the whole purpose of online order. Waited almost 30 mins..had to just give my order to someone waiting in line bkus i had to go back to work bkus my lunch break was over. It would have taken too much time to get a refund..Dont waste your time if you have somewhere to be..

Ambience. A Service. A Food. B- Price. A (I used my app coupon ) Storefront is found across from Seattle Univeristy campus. Easily located in middle of block next to a Starbucks. Street Parking may be difficult to find. Inside store is clean bright and nicely maintained. The customer bathroom is very clean too! I had an app coupon. For any sub plus a meal for $7.99! Great deal ! My only issue is that the sandwich NeVER looks like the pictures! Albeit l know what to expect with most subways. It's usually 2 layers of thin cut meat. That don't mind. I could always pay the extra $2 for another layer or 2. I do say that I like that you can get as much FREE toppings on the sandwich to make heart fulfilled bites! I had the Mashawn with roast beef and came with slices small bacon. It was made to my standard with all the toppings I requested on the app. Nice sandwich and service today. Unfortunately; the one guy had to handle making sandwiches, pickups and cashier. I felt for him. But he was in top of it!
Subway is our go to for fast food and one of the delights of Subway is the fresh bread. This time we were very disappointed because there was about an inch of bread that was stale around the entire footlong for each of us. We had hoped for wheat or multigrain but they were out of everything else but white. They were also almost out of the veggie patties, we got the last two. Considering we went at 6:30 p.m. it seems like the location needs to consider that they're in a busy part of town and stock up better.The woman who made our sandwiches was nice, sweet, and professional, but it was clear she was understaffed being on her own.
