I've placed pick up orders the past two days and arrived 20 minutes after placing the order. Both times my order wasnt started until after I got there. So keep in mind they do not prioritize pick up orders. They did apologize for the wait though. Seems to be chronically understaffed as well, I've only see one guy there each time I've went in.

Today, for example, there’s no cheese on my steak and cheese and they either don’t toast take-out orders or their toaster oven needs maintenance. Going in person to order is fine. Space is super clean and staff is nice. Just don’t order online.

Good guys, slightly undercooked sandwich, and the worst pretzel I've had in my life.

Not a pretzel by any but the most uncultured, trailer-trash, southern interpretation of a pretzel. I would expect this to be in a dollar store in Arkansas,

Avoid the pretzel.
