Remember the good ol days when we got advertisements for $5... $5... $5 foot-longs? Well this place is an example of how those days are long gone! For a footlong and chips I was paying $18... I am not sure if y'all need a refresher in basic math, but that is THREE TIMES more expensive! The quality is the same as it always has been, but the reason you come to this location is to meet Seattle's local rap artist: Kingmann.

By far the best subway I've been to. Manon was fantastic! Polite, friendly, and the best sandwich maker I've ever come across at a subway. Thanks for the excellent service sir, you're the reason I keep stopping back here!

Just tried to go in stood there while the only employee was putting cheese on loads of bread ... no hello or acknowledgment I was the only customer in the store. He then went to the back came back and continued putting cheese in bread still didn’t acknowledge I was there and didn’t one time ask how he could help me! This is the worst customer service ever !!!

It's a standard Subway, so don't expect it to be better or worse than any other Subway. But just know they won't take coupons or discounts. I understand that it's up to each store to decide if they'll accept coupons, but I would have expected an airport Subway not to accept them. Not the Eastlake Subway. If you are desperate, than eat here, but know that you'll be paying more than you want to for Subway

But now that I think about it...I should give the McDonald's near U Vill a low rating cause their service sucks and they make too many errors. Probably not kosher to talk about another business on this review, sorry Yelp police. Anyway, I'll try to catch their names in the future to update this review, but it's always one or the other working when I come in. They are so friendly and professional every time...I always leave feeling good! Their sandwiches are always well made too; it's nice to have this place close by for a quick grab n go meal. Thanks for the positive vibes, y'all - goes a long way :) Edit: I can't believe how similar my review is to some of the ones already on here going back a few years! Goes to show the impact of good service. Give these employees a raise!!

I’ve tried eating here on three separate occasions and it’s always the same. The guy walks out of the back and tells me the credit card machine is down. It’s always the same guy. Never have a problem with other employees. Thin guy covered in tattoos.I really doubt their credit card machine goes down this often. Seems like the guy just doesn’t want to work. His loss, I always tip 20%.

Doesn’t accept the coupons I received in the mail just 3 blocks up the street from this location. I consider this a deceitful business practice since they are getting marketing and traffic from it but are not honoring the promise of the advertising.

I can't remember the girl's name that work tonight but I believe it was Brittany? Anyways December 3rd 2019 is the night she worked and I absolutely adored her she was one of the best customer service representative I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing she made us laugh and definitely made us feel welcome. And made a damn good sandwich

I have to say this is the best Subway I have ever eaten at. All the credit goes to an employee named manon. He has a friendly personality, colorful tattoos, and knows how to make a sandwich. His recommendations aren't to upsell anything, only to make the sandwich taste better. This guy truly cares about what he does. The owners of this business don't know how lucky they are to have him.
