Second time they are about to serve my favorite pizza and they say “sorry we are out of basil”. Understanding but server said I didn’t know we were out until cook finished the pizza. If you come here and order please ask the server “can you make sure you have all the ingredients before I place my order? Ridiculous!!!!
Being from NJ, I am suspicious of pizza west of the Delaware River but Pazzo is a treat. Thin crust, great toppings. Just well executed all around. Salads are good - generous portions. Beer list is good with a short list of craft taps that gives you plenty of options. The outdoor dining area is nice and cozy. And they have a really friendly staff!
So far the best pizza we’ve had in Eastlake. Great taps and drinks, awesome bartenders and staff, love the salads and calzones. Highly recommend - great service and people!

Pazzo's is a cozy neighborhood spot and an Eastlake institution that serves excellent pizzas and calzones. The pizzas are cooked to perfection in a stone oven, featuring delicious dough and generous toppings. The calzones are a must-have, especially the DaVinci calzone, which comes filled with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, fresh spinach, fresh basil, roasted garlic, and a rich red sauce with ricotta, mozzarella, and goat cheeses. It is served with a small side salad, making for a filling meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a full bar and a great selection of red wines, including cold Roger’s Pilsner for summer days. The friendly staff and perfect crust contribute to its standout reputation in the city. Dog lovers are welcome to bring their pups to the patio, enhancing the community feel of this beloved spot.
