I love this place. I've been going here since they opened. The food is always perfect! This subway is operated with a high standard for proper food service. The owner is especially kind, professional, and dare I sare easy on the eyes. He's the reason I go there exclusively for my Subway cravings.

The bread for a 6” sandwich was so stale that it was inedible, and the same can be said for the pretzel I ordered. My 12” was fine and edible. However, I had to split my foot long with my fiancée since she was unable to consume her sandwich, which was like eating a crouton that cuts up your mouth. Ouch. Also, they didn’t give the 33% extra ham like advertised (see photo). Overall boo, unreliable. Will avoid this location. Please refund me for those two items, and train your employees! This is the 2nd time in a row that I’ve experienced such poor quality of ingredients at nearby subway locations. Im pretty sure your employees aren’t preparing the food correctly. Also, I’m opting out of tipping at fast food pickup locations in the future for this reason.

Have never been more disgusted. Arrived home and ants were crawling out of the fountain drink I had purchased from the store. They are now covering the area that they are the meat on because they are adding much less meat now. This restaurant needs a health inspection. I am so disgusted and have never had a worse experience at a Subway.

Noon on Monday. Shop closed. Scheduled open. I walked 15 minutes to get here.
I walked in and everyone was in the back room. When they came out he started making my order. I got an emergency call so I told him wait a second and there was no one else in the store. He got mad and went in the back room again. After calling many times he came back with attitude. Then I asked him if everything is ok. He replied with “ you can go somewhere else” then he throws away the whole sandwich and went back inside the back room. He was a white guy. I will never be coming back here. Bro was acting like he owns the place. I told him quit the job and go work somewhere you like. You are not working for free.
