Spent $15 on a sub. Thats as expensive if not more than a sandwhich from a very nice sandwhich shop. Woman had an earphones in the entire time. When i asked for more onion she had a pinch more. Overall dreadful. How they can get away with charging this much is beyond me. The shop aswell was rundown.

Doesn’t feel like a real subway. They skimp out on the meats and veggies. If you do go, check online to make sure they give you the right amount of protein. Avoid if you can.

I Hate this Taco Bell,
They are the worst establishment I have ever been to.
I went in and they had awful service and food, they served the crunch wrap supreme as a sandwhich, personally I like tacos more.

Oh wow, shoutout to the Subway at the University District for showing me just how low customer service can sink.
Ordered and paid through the app (because I guess I naively thought that would make things easier). Showed up on May 23, around 8:45 PM, and they straight up looked me in the eye, canceled my order, and told me to leave. Like… what?
No explanation. No refund. No decency. Just pure attitude and unprofessionalism. The person working the counter didn’t even try to pretend like they cared. The whole vibe of the store felt like nobody wanted to be there—including the people working.
So if you like wasting time, getting ignored, and being treated like garbage, this Subway is for you. Everyone else? You’ve been warned.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience I had at your Subway location in the University District (Seattle) on May 23, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM.
I placed a mobile order and paid through the Subway app, only to arrive and be told that they would not honor it. One of the employees canceled the order in front of me and told me to leave. No apology. No attempt to assist. No effort to make it right.
This behavior was not only unacceptable, it was disrespectful. I showed clear proof of payment and followed all the necessary steps. I was calm and respectful, and yet I was treated with total disregard. The employee in question did not wear a visible name tag, so unfortunately, I cannot provide a name.
Additionally, the store environment was poor: staff were visibly unkempt, dismissive, and inattentive. This reflects very poorly on your brand.
I would appreciate a full investigation and follow-up regarding this incident. I expect to be refunded and to receive confirmation that this issue is being taken seriously. No customer should be treated this way.
Unbelievable.
I placed and PAID for an order through the Subway app and went to pick it up at the University District location on May 23, 2025, around 8:45 PM. I arrived on time only to be told by the staff that they were not going to give me my food. They canceled the order right in front of me and told me to leave.
Let that sink in: they refused to honor a paid order, offered zero explanation, and treated me like a nuisance instead of a customer. The employee—whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—was shockingly rude and dismissive. It was genuinely insulting.
To top it off, the overall atmosphere of the store was trash. The staff didn’t care, looked unprofessional, and acted like they’d rather be anywhere else. And honestly, judging by how they treated me, I wish they were too.
Subway needs to do something about this location. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT order from here. They clearly don’t want your business.
The food tasted like farts shoved inside a can and fermented and marinated for 32 days in a distillery that stank of putrid sandwiches. Then again, it's a Subway. At least the employees were nice! If you want to talk to a fun person, go here. If you want food, go across the street.

Really good food
You can tell it’s getting hard for them to operate in these times, Id feel bad. But they’re ultimately owned by a corporation so no pity from me. Subway forces their franchises to be cut throat.
But you get no leeway. I’ve seen this location decline over the past few years. Maybe it’s time you stop being 24 hours and stop charging criminal prices and let us use coupons. I was fine because I could get sub of the day, but then you took that away. Then I came to get a meatball meal and it was almost 20$.
Yeah no, I’m never coming back. You can either go out of business or re-reevaluate your business decisions. Because I promise you. I’m not the only one who is having this issue.
Will take your money and tell you they cannot find the order. Then fight with you over $8 lol, I guess they need it!
Slow and rude service. Doesn’t tell you they don’t take coupons until you’re already at check out.
if you dont take coupons, fine. just tell me first before i order? dude was slow and rude with an airpod in and the eyes of a dead fish. seemed to misunderstand basic orders. i used to work at subway so i know it’s not that hard. step up
