Got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki last night. Woman who was the sandwich artist was talking on her headphones and coughing on my sandwich. Asked her politely not to cough on my sandwich. She gave me SARS and I tipped her 15% anyways so she could go get medical help and basic manners.

Typical subway, ordered online and when I arrived less than 10 mins the sandwiches were already done. The “new” guy was not slow at all and was super kind! Very clean inside as well!

Ordered two sandwiches at 7:30pm on 10/26/25 went to pick it up around 8, I get there to pick them up and the Indian girl behind the counter was incredibly rude right off the bat very snippy first thing she says is “what do you want” and was incredibly rude when I didn’t understand her request to “confirm it”. Whatever maybe she had a bad night but this was not the first time this particular employee has been rude I don’t understand the hostility. She told me to just leave and I did, I went home and started to eat our sandwiches and realized she not only didn’t follow my instructions but forgot ingredients listed on our order. Very disappointed.

The new guy working overnight moves like a sloth. Order was supposed to be ready before I even got here. I still had to wait for him to make it because he doesn't do it until I walk in. 10 minutes late and he STILL HASNT STARTED!!!!

It really doesn't take much reading these reviews to know that this place sucks. Employees can't speak English. They kept mistakingly messing up our sandwiches. There is only ever one person in this place and the skimping on the meat is just sad. No quality control, stale break and 40$ of bad food. Vishi this is sad dude.

Spent $15 on a sub. Thats as expensive if not more than a sandwhich from a very nice sandwhich shop. Woman had an earphones in the entire time. When i asked for more onion she had a pinch more. Overall dreadful. How they can get away with charging this much is beyond me. The shop aswell was rundown.

Doesn’t feel like a real subway. They skimp out on the meats and veggies. If you do go, check online to make sure they give you the right amount of protein. Avoid if you can.

I Hate this Taco Bell,
They are the worst establishment I have ever been to.
I went in and they had awful service and food, they served the crunch wrap supreme as a sandwhich, personally I like tacos more.

Oh wow, shoutout to the Subway at the University District for showing me just how low customer service can sink.

Ordered and paid through the app (because I guess I naively thought that would make things easier). Showed up on May 23, around 8:45 PM, and they straight up looked me in the eye, canceled my order, and told me to leave. Like… what?

No explanation. No refund. No decency. Just pure attitude and unprofessionalism. The person working the counter didn’t even try to pretend like they cared. The whole vibe of the store felt like nobody wanted to be there—including the people working.

So if you like wasting time, getting ignored, and being treated like garbage, this Subway is for you. Everyone else? You’ve been warned.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience I had at your Subway location in the University District (Seattle) on May 23, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM.

I placed a mobile order and paid through the Subway app, only to arrive and be told that they would not honor it. One of the employees canceled the order in front of me and told me to leave. No apology. No attempt to assist. No effort to make it right.

This behavior was not only unacceptable, it was disrespectful. I showed clear proof of payment and followed all the necessary steps. I was calm and respectful, and yet I was treated with total disregard. The employee in question did not wear a visible name tag, so unfortunately, I cannot provide a name.

Additionally, the store environment was poor: staff were visibly unkempt, dismissive, and inattentive. This reflects very poorly on your brand.

I would appreciate a full investigation and follow-up regarding this incident. I expect to be refunded and to receive confirmation that this issue is being taken seriously. No customer should be treated this way.
