I am currently in NYC and had a trash ass frozen margarita at a dive bar, and I can’t help but reminisce on my time in Seattle frequenting Summit Pub. I came for the frozen marg + tacos on a hot summer day (spring, actually; it wasn’t hot) and stayed for the bartenders and hot neighbors. Sometimes I would stash a half-finished Topo Chico roadie in my pocket bc I’d overcommit. In the morning, I’d be really pleased to find the remnants in my fridge. I miss you all and your...
Really good spot. Only marking it down because they're menu inside and they're menu online are completely different, so ordering food was a little frustrating. Outside of that though enjoyable, tasty, drinks are great and the nachos are even better. Would definitely return. Cheers.
