If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from this place expecting a decent meal, but what I got was a complete disaster. My food arrived inedible—everything was the WRONG temperature. My edamame was ice cold, my grilled pork gyoza? Also ice cold. And the worst part? My shrimp tempura wasn’t even cooked. Yes, you read that right—raw shrimp tempura. I had no choice but to throw the entire order in the trash because there was no way I was risking food poisoning over this mess.
But it gets worse. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the manager of all people hung up on me. I called back, thinking maybe it was a mistake, only for them to accuse me of lying. They even had the audacity to say I was just trying to scam them for free food. Excuse me?? I PAID for a meal and received something completely inedible, and somehow I’m the bad guy? I even went through DoorDash, and when they helped me get the manger on the phone again he was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.
This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A restaurant that can’t even cook food properly AND disrespects paying customers. Save yourself the frustration (and potential food poisoning) and order from literally anywhere else.

The Sushi here was THE worst I have ever had in my life. Slimy and warm. It left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. My stomach felt gross for about 2 hours after eating here. Day old grocery store sushi is better than this place. Zero greeting or acknowledgement from the employees. The atmosphere is terrible and can only be compared to that of a Gas Station mini-mart. It IS cheap, and the miso soup was OK. Unless you're poor, lonely, destitute or have lost all sense of flavor just move on.

Bento box was good first time I went. The poke bowl was the worst poke bowl I’ve ever had and they should take it off the menu. I asked what was in it and they pointed to a photo- which was not like the actual product at all. All of the toppings in the actual bowl were plain raw, undressed vegetables that belong on a sub sandwich: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and raw Broccoli. It didn’t have any of the toppings that would normally come on a poke bowl like seaweed, crab salad, pickled vegetables, corn, mango, etc. I can’t believe I paid $20 for it. Both times took an extremely long time and I was the only customer.

I stopped in here on Saturday afternoon for lunch. It was not very busy, and I was able to order right away. The food was prepared quickly, and came out looking great. The Japanese yakisoba w chicken had a great taste and texture, but it left some to be desired with lack of ingredients. A few small things added in would elevate the dish. The sushi was fresh and tasted great, although it could be better at the price per roll. There is an incentive to buy two rolls and get a better deal, but that would have been too much food. The atmosphere was chill. I would eat here again for lunch.
