Best tofu banh mi in Seattle hands down!! If you’re vegan ask for no butter. Veggies are so fresh and the bread is amazing. Viet coffee is pretty good too. Highly recommend this place, super clean and fast, nice staff, and bonus of a parking lot!
Came in today for the first time after passing by a lot. And surprisingly really clean inside. The food is 🔥. The Banh Cuon is slaps. The tofu is gas ⛽ tbh everything is good in there. Vs like tony bakery and nissi banh. Around the soufend. Gotta go check this place out 💯
Normally this is my go to for Bahn Mi when I’m in the area but this time I felt the portion for the protein/meats was super skimpy for the combo bahn mi. Made me sad I had more veggies and bread than protein….
