Sunright Tea Studio - U District

$9.48 after tax for a 24oz Taro milk tea that tasted like none I've had before. Made with Taro puree, which creates an unpleasant texture when mixed with the milk. Paid $0.75 for Agar boba since they don't seem to sell Tapioca Boba, which tasted like unflavored gelatin. Was brown instead of purple, and purple is more fun.

Yum in every way! It was sweet even at 75% sweetness, but not overpowering. You could taste the jasmine tea among the milk and mango still. Mango was great flavored, did not taste artificial. If you do not like sweet I recommend going 50% or 75% because 75% was still pretty sweet. And such an expansive menu with so much to try!! Will definitely be returning.

Love their drinks. Pricy but amazing. I have been buying from them at least once a week ever since they opened. But one day they made my drink wrong and asked for it to be remake the girl that was making drink was not happy she give me a dirty look and you can tell she was upset when I asked for it to be remake…. If you are so upset with people asking for their drink to made right either make it right the first time or get another job. Im sure she made quit a few wrong drinks I see a little collection of drink that was made wrong in the fridge.

My friend recommended this spot and took me here. I'm so glad he did because this place is delicious!!! The drinks have the perfect taste, sweetness, and toppings consistency. I wish I have a spot closer to Seattle. Do expect a bit of wait, it's a grab and go spot and opening was a struggle!

I bought two drinks today and wanted to have a drink~
The matcha strawberry latte cannot be adjusted with ice and sweetness, but it is too sweet! Matcha Oolong Latte is full of sugar and tastes like sugar-free~
Honey pearls have a very weird taste ? There are better options in Seattle haha

my favorite boba place EVER. worth the drive down!! i will admit, however, that the service is a bit slow. every visit i expect to wait 15-20 minutes for a drink, even if there isn’t anyone ahead of me. it can be a little frustrating, but the quality and taste is the most fresh and superior of any boba place i’ve been to (and i’ve been to A LOT).

I don't know why this doesn't have full 5 out 5 star reviews but this place is absolutely the best boba in seattle and everything is customizable from sugar level, ice, literally everything and its the best priced boba amd the tea flavors are so good and strong. As long as it stays this way ill always come back. Highly recommended.... should stay open a bit late i guess.

Love this place, my favorite so far in Seattle. I especially enjoy the puddings and the tea jelly offered here. Teas are consistently well brewed, and I enjoy the variety of offerings - I have yet to find one I dislike. ? Recommend.

Ordered Jasmine milk tea, 70% sugar, less ice.

-the drink was on the sweeter side compared to other places with the same order, but not too sweet
-still a bit more ice than preferred
-the order was made very quickly, and orders are placed with kiosks where you do not need to speak to employees too much. Great for customers with social anxiety.
-unsure if premades are used to make all drinks. Some drinks are combinations of fresh fruit and puree/syrup
-average price point compared to other places in Udstrict
-uses a point reward program if you would like to frequently stop by

Overall a nice place to quickly stop by if you are itching for a drink. The cafe is not for lingering around in as there are no tables and minimal seating

I loveeeeeeee Sunright!! I come here once a week at least since they opened. Their Ceylon and jasmine milk teas were my favorite; however, recently, it has been tasting watery… it used to be perfectly creamy and perfect amount of tea taste… Sunright always had consistent drinks but recently, it’s been a downfall :( Please bring back the consistency!!
