Best omakase I’ve had in a long time, especially for the price. This would be $300+ in New York or LA, great price to value. Chefs counter makes it. Ignore the 1 star reviews people are either cheap or miserable.
This was a high end experience with a focus food quality. There was great service from the staff from check in to the end of service, but the standouts that represent a high quality experience was centered on sushi. Omakase was the right move as it included a range of local delicacies like geoduck, as well as imported varieties like New Zealand sockeye salmon.
